Sen Triplets

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. This turn, that player can't cast spells or activate abilities and plays with their hand revealed. You may play lands and cast spells from that player's hand this turn.

Notion Thief

Flash
If an opponent would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, instead that player skips that draw and you draw a card.

Coalition Relic

{T}: Add one mana of any color.
{T}: Put a charge counter on Coalition Relic.
At the beginning of your first main phase, remove all charge counters from Coalition Relic. Add one mana of any color for each charge counter removed this way.

Hostage Taker

When Hostage Taker enters, exile another target creature or artifact until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Zur the Enchanter

Whenever Zur the Enchanter attacks, you may search your library for an enchantment card with mana value 3 or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Counter target enchantment, instant, or sorcery spell. Its controller creates a 2/2 blue Bird creature token with flying.

Padeem, Consul of Innovation

Artifacts you control have hexproof. (They can't be the targets of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control the artifact with the highest mana value or tied for the highest mana value, draw a card.

Desertion

Counter target spell. If an artifact or creature spell is countered this way, put that card onto the battlefield under your control instead of into its owner's graveyard.

Mind's Dilation

Whenever an opponent casts their first spell each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.
