Cunning Rhetoric

Whenever an opponent attacks you and/or one or more planeswalkers you control, exile the top card of that player's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Armor of Shadows

Until end of turn, target creature gets +1/+0 and gains indestructible. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Rush of Vitality

Target creature gets +1/+0 and gains lifelink and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage dealt by that creature also causes its controller to gain that much life, and it can't be destroyed by damage or effects that say "destroy.")

Vanishing

{U}{U}: Enchanted creature phases out. (While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist. It phases in before its controller untaps during their next untap step.)

Necromantic Selection

Destroy all creatures, then return a creature card put into a graveyard this way to the battlefield under your control. It's a black Zombie in addition to its other colors and types. Exile Necromantic Selection.

Unbreakable Bond

Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a lifelink counter on it.

Thought Erasure

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card.
Surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put it into your graveyard.)

Thief of Sanity

Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Seer's Vision

Your opponents play with their hands revealed.
Sacrifice Seer's Vision: Look at target player's hand and choose a card from it. That player discards that card. Activate only as a sorcery.

Struggle for Sanity

Target opponent reveals their hand. That player exiles a card from it, then you exile a card from it. Repeat this process until all cards in that hand have been exiled. That player returns the cards they exiled this way to their hand and puts the rest into their graveyard.

River's Grasp

If {U} was spent to cast this spell, return up to one target creature to its owner's hand. If {B} was spent to cast this spell, target player reveals their hand, you choose a nonland card from it, then that player discards that card. (Do both if {U}{B} was spent.)

Nightmare Void

Target player reveals their hand. You choose a card from it. That player discards that card.
Dredge 2 (If you would draw a card, you may mill two cards instead. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand.)

Thought Prison

Imprint — When Thought Prison enters the battlefield, you may have target player reveal their hand. If you do, choose a nonland card from it and exile that card.
Whenever a player casts a spell that shares a color or mana value with the exiled card, Thought Prison deals 2 damage to that player.

Make an Example

Each opponent separates the creatures they control into two piles. For each opponent, you choose one of their piles. Each opponent sacrifices the creatures in their chosen pile. (Piles can be empty.)

Dredge the Mire

Each opponent chooses a creature card in their graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control.

Sangromancer

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, you may gain 3 life.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You may put a creature card from it onto the battlefield under your control. That creature gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.

When enchanted permanent dies or is put into exile, return that card to the battlefield under your control.

Despise

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a creature or planeswalker card from it. That player discards that card.

Pulse of the Dross

Target player reveals three cards from their hand and you choose one of them. That player discards that card. Then if that player has more cards in hand than you, return Pulse of the Dross to its owner's hand.

Divest

Target player reveals their hand. You choose an artifact or creature card from it. That player discards that card.

Megrim

Whenever an opponent discards a card, Megrim deals 2 damage to that player.

Harsh Scrutiny

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a creature card from it. That player discards that card. Scry 1.

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind

Hexproof
Whenever a creature card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may have Lazav, Dimir Mastermind become a copy of that card, except its name is Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, it's legendary in addition to its other types, and it has hexproof and this ability.

Lorcan, Warlock Collector

Flying
Whenever a creature card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may pay life equal to its mana value. If you do, put it onto the battlefield under your control. It's a Warlock in addition to its other types.
If a Warlock you control would die, exile it instead.

Ostracize

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a creature card from it. That player discards that card.

Elder Brain

Whenever Elder Brain attacks a player, exile all cards from that player's hand, then they draw that many cards. You may play lands and cast spells from among the exiled cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Protection Racket

At the beginning of your upkeep, repeat the following process for each opponent in turn order. Reveal the top card of your library. That player may pay life equal to that card's mana value. If they do, exile that card. Otherwise, put it into your hand.

Keen Duelist

At the beginning of your upkeep, you and target opponent each reveal the top card of your library. You each lose life equal to the mana value of the card revealed by the other player. You each put the card you revealed into your hand.

Aetherize

Return all attacking creatures to their owner's hand.

Lantern of Insight

Players play with the top card of their libraries revealed.

Nascent Metamorph
