At the beginning of your upkeep, put an oil counter on another target nontoken artifact or creature you control.

−7: Target player draws seven cards and loses 7 life.

Vraan, Executioner Thane

Whenever one or more other creatures you control die, each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Urabrask's Forge
