Whenever an opponent draws a card, Nekusar, the Mindrazer deals 1 damage to that player.

Whispering Madness

Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way.

Molten Psyche

Each player shuffles the cards from their hand into their library, then draws that many cards.
Metalcraft — If you control three or more artifacts, Molten Psyche deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of cards that player has drawn this turn.

Magus of the Jar

{T}, Sacrifice Magus of the Jar: Each player exiles all cards from their hand face down and draws seven cards. At the beginning of the next end step, each player discards their hand and returns to their hand each card they exiled this way.

Teferi's Puzzle Box

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order, then draws that many cards.

Memory Jar

{T}, Sacrifice Memory Jar: Each player exiles all cards from their hand face down and draws seven cards. At the beginning of the next end step, each player discards their hand and returns to their hand each card they exiled this way.

Winds of Change

Each player shuffles the cards from their hand into their library, then draws that many cards.

Khorvath's Fury

Suspend 4—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{R} and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
