Gift of Doom

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has deathtouch and indestructible.
Morph—Sacrifice another creature. (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
As Gift of Doom is turned face up, you may attach it to a creature.

Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion

If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead.
Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Slaughter Specialist

When Slaughter Specialist enters, each opponent creates a 1/1 white Human creature token.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Slaughter Specialist.

Morbid Opportunist

Whenever one or more other creatures die, draw a card. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Rune of Mortality

Enchant permanent
When Rune of Mortality enters, draw a card.
As long as enchanted permanent is a creature, it has deathtouch.
As long as enchanted permanent is an Equipment, it has "Equipped creature has deathtouch."

Termination Facilitator

{T}: Put a bounty counter on target creature or planeswalker. Activate only as a sorcery.
Whenever a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls with a bounty counter on it is dealt damage, destroy it.

Goblin Sharpshooter

Goblin Sharpshooter doesn't untap during your untap step.
Whenever a creature dies, untap Goblin Sharpshooter.
{T}: Goblin Sharpshooter deals 1 damage to any target.

You Are Already Dead

Destroy target creature that was dealt damage this turn.
Draw a card.

Minthara, Merciless Soul

Minthara has ward {X}, where X is the number of experience counters you have.
At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn, you get an experience counter.
Creatures you control get +1/+0 for each experience counter you have.

Tor Wauki the Younger

Reach, lifelink
If another source you control would deal noncombat damage to a permanent or player, it deals that much damage plus 1 to that permanent or player instead.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Tor Wauki the Younger deals 2 damage to any target.

Deathbringer Thoctar

Whenever another creature dies, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Deathbringer Thoctar.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Deathbringer Thoctar: It deals 1 damage to any target.

Mathas, Fiend Seeker

Menace
At the beginning of your end step, put a bounty counter on target creature an opponent controls. For as long as that creature has a bounty counter on it, it has "When this creature dies, each opponent draws a card and gains 2 life."

Obosh, the Preypiercer

Companion — Your starting deck contains only cards with odd mana values and land cards. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for {3} as a sorcery.)
If a source you control with an odd mana value would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage to that permanent or player instead.

Blood Cultist

{T}: Blood Cultist deals 1 damage to target creature.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Blood Cultist this turn dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Blood Cultist.

Mari, the Killing Quill

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, exile it with a hit counter on it.
Assassins, Mercenaries, and Rogues you control have deathtouch and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a hit counter from a card that player owns in exile. If you do, draw a card and create two Treasure tokens."

White Plume Adventurer

When White Plume Adventurer enters, you take the initiative.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, untap a creature you control. If you've completed a dungeon, untap all creatures you control instead.

Royal Assassin

Deathtouch, haste
When Queen Marchesa enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent is the monarch, create a 1/1 black Assassin creature token with deathtouch and haste.

Kelsien, the Plague

Vigilance, haste
Kelsien, the Plague gets +1/+1 for each experience counter you have.
{T}: Kelsien deals 1 damage to target creature you don't control. When that creature dies this turn, you get an experience counter.

Lion Sash

{W}: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a permanent card, put a +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash.
Reconfigure {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control; or unattach from a creature. Reconfigure only as a sorcery. While attached, this isn't a creature.)

Crackling Doom

Crackling Doom deals 2 damage to each opponent. Each opponent sacrifices a creature with the greatest power among creatures that player controls.

Bladebrand

Target creature gains deathtouch until end of turn.
Draw a card.

Virulent Swipe

Target creature gets +2/+0 and gains deathtouch until end of turn.
Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)

Tragic Slip

Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.
Morbid — That creature gets -13/-13 until end of turn instead if a creature died this turn.

Blood for the Blood God!

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature that died this turn.
Discard your hand, then draw eight cards. Blood for the Blood God! deals 8 damage to each opponent. Exile Blood for the Blood God!

Alchemist's Gift

Target creature gets +1/+1 and gains your choice of deathtouch or lifelink until end of turn. (Any amount of damage a creature with deathtouch deals to a creature is enough to destroy it. Damage dealt by a creature with lifelink also causes its controller to gain that much life.)

Shriveling Rot

Choose one —
• Until end of turn, whenever a creature is dealt damage, destroy it.
• Until end of turn, whenever a creature dies, that creature's controller loses life equal to its toughness.
Entwine {2}{B} (Choose both if you pay the entwine cost.)

Sudden Spoiling

Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)
Until end of turn, creatures target player controls lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 0/2.

Thrilling Encore

Put onto the battlefield under your control all creature cards in all graveyards that were put there from the battlefield this turn.

Coat with Venom

Target creature gets +1/+2 and gains deathtouch until end of turn. (Any amount of damage it deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.)
