Sacrifice Aura of Silence: Destroy target artifact or enchantment.

Chains of Mephistopheles

If a player would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, that player discards a card instead. If the player discards a card this way, they draw a card. If the player doesn't discard a card this way, they mill a card.

No Mercy

Whenever a creature deals damage to you, destroy it.

Blind Obedience

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Shimmer

As Shimmer enters, choose a land type.
Each land of the chosen type has phasing. (It phases in or out before its controller untaps during each of their untap steps. While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist.)

Leyline of the Void

If Leyline of the Void is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
If a card would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

Necropotence

Skip your draw step.
Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard.
Pay 1 life: Exile the top card of your library face down. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your next end step.

Stasis

Players skip their untap steps.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Stasis unless you pay {U}.

Rule of Law

Each player can't cast more than one spell each turn.

Ice Cave

Whenever a player casts a spell, any other player may pay that spell's mana cost. If a player does, counter the spell. (Mana cost includes color.)

Rhystic Study

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Land Equilibrium

If an opponent who controls at least as many lands as you do would put a land onto the battlefield, that player instead puts that land onto the battlefield then sacrifices a land of their choice.

Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Mystic Remora

You may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs.

Mana Vortex

When you cast this spell, counter it unless you sacrifice a land.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a land of their choice.
When there are no lands on the battlefield, sacrifice Mana Vortex.

Bottomless Pit

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player discards a card at random.

Tainted Aether

Whenever a creature enters, its controller sacrifices a creature or land of their choice.

Energy Flux

All artifacts have "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice this artifact unless you pay {2}."

Propaganda

Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.

Divine Intervention

Divine Intervention enters with two intervention counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove an intervention counter from Divine Intervention.
When you remove the last intervention counter from Divine Intervention, the game is a draw.

Oppression

Whenever a player casts a spell, that player discards a card.
