At the beginning of the end step, if no creatures are on the battlefield, sacrifice Pestilence.

Visions of Dread

Target opponent puts a creature card of their choice from their graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.

Boneyard Parley

Exile up to five target creature cards from graveyards. An opponent separates those cards into two piles. Put all cards from the pile of your choice onto the battlefield under your control and the rest into their owners' graveyards.

Dredge the Mire

Each opponent chooses a creature card in their graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control.

Cloudkill

All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the greatest mana value of a commander you own on the battlefield or in the command zone.

Incite Rebellion

For each player, Incite Rebellion deals damage to that player and each creature that player controls equal to the number of creatures they control.

Dream Devourer

Each nonland card in your hand without foretell has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2}. (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile it from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
Whenever you foretell a card, Dream Devourer gets +2/+0 until end of turn.

At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if that player controls more lands than you, you may search your library for a basic Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Reanimate

Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its mana value.

Necromancy

You may cast Necromancy as though it had flash. If you cast it any time a sorcery couldn't have been cast, the controller of the permanent it becomes sacrifices it at the beginning of the next cleanup step.
When Necromancy enters, if it's on the battlefield, it becomes an Aura with "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy."
