Founding the Third Path

Read ahead (Choose a chapter and start with that many lore counters. Add one after your draw step. Skipped chapters don't trigger. Sacrifice after III.)
I — You may cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value 1 or 2 from your hand without paying its mana cost.
II — Target player mills four cards.
III — Exile target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. Copy it. You may cast the copy.

Poppet Stitcher

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token with decayed. (It can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice it at end of combat.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three or more creature tokens, you may transform Poppet Stitcher.

Poppet Factory

Creature tokens you control lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 3/3.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may transform Poppet Factory.

Thing in the Ice

Lier, Disciple of the Drowned

Spells can't be countered.
Each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback. The flashback cost is equal to that card's mana cost.

Vega, the Watcher

Flying
Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, draw a card.

Spell Queller

Flash
Flying
When Spell Queller enters, exile target spell with mana value 4 or less.
When Spell Queller leaves the battlefield, the exiled card's owner may cast that card without paying its mana cost.

Demilich

This spell costs {U} less to cast for each instant and sorcery spell you've cast this turn.
Whenever Demilich attacks, exile up to one target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. Copy it. You may cast the copy.
You may cast Demilich from your graveyard by exiling four instant and/or sorcery cards from your graveyard in addition to paying its other costs.

Lingering Souls

Create two 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying.
Flashback {1}{B} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Ojutai Exemplars

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, choose one —
• Tap target creature.
• Ojutai Exemplars gains first strike and lifelink until end of turn.
• Exile Ojutai Exemplars, then return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control.

Devoted Grafkeeper

When Devoted Grafkeeper enters, mill two cards.
Whenever you cast a spell from your graveyard, tap target creature you don't control.

Departed Soulkeeper

Departed Soulkeeper can block only creatures with flying.

Hydroid Krasis enters with X +1/+1 counters on it.

Vivien on the Hunt

+2: You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature's mana value, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
+1: Mill five cards, then put any number of creature cards milled this way into your hand.
−1: Create a 4/4 green Rhino Warrior creature token.

Neoform

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.
Search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature's mana value, put that card onto the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it, then shuffle.

Jugan, the Rising Star

When Jugan, the Rising Star dies, you may distribute five +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures.

Kairi, the Swirling Sky

When Kairi, the Swirling Sky dies, choose one —
• Return any number of target nonland permanents with total mana value 6 or less to their owners' hands.
• Mill six cards, then return up to two instant and/or sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand.

Barrin, Master Wizard

{2}, Sacrifice a permanent: Return target creature to its owner's hand.

Farseek

Search your library for a Plains, Island, Swamp, or Mountain card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Nature's Lore

Search your library for a Forest card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Three Visits

Search your library for a Forest card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Koma, Cosmos Serpent

This spell can't be countered.
At the beginning of each upkeep, create a 3/3 blue Serpent creature token named Koma's Coil.
Sacrifice another Serpent: Choose one —
• Tap target permanent. Its activated abilities can't be activated this turn.
• Koma, Cosmos Serpent gains indestructible until end of turn.

Flash

You may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. If you do, sacrifice it unless you pay its mana cost reduced by {2}.

Kura, the Boundless Sky

When Kura, the Boundless Sky dies, choose one —
• Search your library for up to three land cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.
• Create an X/X green Spirit creature token, where X is the number of lands you control.

Tanazir Quandrix

Flying, trample
When Tanazir Quandrix enters, double the number of +1/+1 counters on target creature you control.
Whenever Tanazir Quandrix attacks, you may have the base power and toughness of other creatures you control become equal to Tanazir Quandrix's power and toughness until end of turn.

Minn, Wily Illusionist

Whenever you draw your second card each turn, create a 1/1 blue Illusion creature token with "This creature gets +1/+0 for each other Illusion you control."
Whenever an Illusion you control dies, you may put a permanent card with mana value less than or equal to that creature's power from your hand onto the battlefield.

Grothama, All-Devouring

Other creatures have "Whenever this creature attacks, you may have it fight Grothama, All-Devouring."
When Grothama leaves the battlefield, each player draws cards equal to the amount of damage dealt to Grothama this turn by sources they controlled.

Oko, Thief of Crowns

+2: Create a Food token. (It's an artifact with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life.")
+1: Target artifact or creature loses all abilities and becomes a green Elk creature with base power and toughness 3/3.
−5: Exchange control of target artifact or creature you control and target creature an opponent controls with power 3 or less.

Jugan Defends the Temple

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter.)
I — Create a 1/1 green Human Monk creature token with "{T}: Add {G}."
II — Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two target creatures.
III — Exile this Saga, then return it to the battlefield transformed under your control.

Remnant of the Rising Star

Flying
Whenever another creature you control enters, you may pay {X}. When you do, put X +1/+1 counters on that creature.
As long as you control five or more modified creatures, Remnant of the Rising Star gets +5/+5 and has trample. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.)

Chasm Skulker

Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Chasm Skulker.
When Chasm Skulker dies, create X 1/1 blue Squid creature tokens with islandwalk, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Chasm Skulker. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)

It Came from Planet Glurg

You may have It Came from Planet Glurg enter as a copy of X different creatures on the battlefield. (It has their total power, total toughness, combined mana costs, all text boxes, names, art, and so on.)

Quirion Beastcaller

Whenever you cast a creature spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Quirion Beastcaller.
When Quirion Beastcaller dies, distribute X +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures you control, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Quirion Beastcaller.

Roalesk, Apex Hybrid

Flying, trample
When Roalesk, Apex Hybrid enters, put two +1/+1 counters on another target creature you control.
When Roalesk dies, proliferate, then proliferate again. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)

Woodfall Primus

Trample
When Woodfall Primus enters, destroy target noncreature permanent.
Persist (When this creature dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)

Rampant Rejuvenator

Rampant Rejuvenator enters with two +1/+1 counters on it.
When Rampant Rejuvenator dies, search your library for up to X basic land cards, where X is Rampant Rejuvenator's power, put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Hooded Hydra

Hooded Hydra enters with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When Hooded Hydra dies, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token for each +1/+1 counter on it.
Morph {3}{G}{G}
As Hooded Hydra is turned face up, put five +1/+1 counters on it.

Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath

When Uro enters, sacrifice it unless it escaped.
Whenever Uro enters or attacks, you gain 3 life and draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
Escape—{G}{G}{U}{U}, Exile five other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.)

Greater Good

Sacrifice a creature: Draw cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power, then discard three cards.

Berserk

Cast this spell only before the combat damage step.
Target creature gains trample and gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is its power. At the beginning of the next end step, destroy that creature if it attacked this turn.

Termagant Swarm

Ravenous (This creature enters with X +1/+1 counters on it. If X is 5 or more, draw a card when it enters.)
Death Frenzy — When Termagant Swarm dies, create a number of 1/1 green Tyranid creature tokens equal to Termagant Swarm's power.

Channel

Until end of turn, any time you could activate a mana ability, you may pay 1 life. If you do, add {C}.

Willow Geist

Trample
Whenever one or more cards leave your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Willow Geist.
When Willow Geist dies, you gain life equal to its power.

Geralf's Masterpiece

Geralf's Masterpiece gets -1/-1 for each card in your hand.

Rielle, the Everwise gets +1/+0 for each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard.
Whenever you discard one or more cards for the first time each turn, draw that many cards.

The Royal Scions

+1: Draw a card, then discard a card.
+1: Target creature gets +2/+0 and gains first strike and trample until end of turn.
−8: Draw four cards. When you do, The Royal Scions deals damage to any target equal to the number of cards in your hand.

Seasoned Pyromancer

When Seasoned Pyromancer enters, discard two cards, then draw two cards. For each nonland card discarded this way, create a 1/1 red Elemental creature token.

Improbable Alliance

When Cavalier of Flame dies, it deals X damage to each opponent and each planeswalker they control, where X is the number of land cards in your graveyard.

Phoenix of Ash

Escape—{2}{R}{R}, Exile three other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.)

Underworld Breach

Each nonland card in your graveyard has escape. The escape cost is equal to the card's mana cost plus exile three other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast cards from your graveyard for their escape cost.)
At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Underworld Breach.

Circular Logic

Counter target spell unless its controller pays {1} for each card in your graveyard.
