If it's not your turn, you may exile a blue card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Counter target noncreature spell. If that spell is countered this way, exile it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard.

Urza, Lord High Artificer

When Urza, Lord High Artificer enters, create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with "This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control."
Tap an untapped artifact you control: Add {U}.
{5}: Shuffle your library, then exile the top card. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost.

Emry, Lurker of the Loch

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control.
When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters, mill four cards.

Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way.
