+1: Each opponent discards a card and loses 2 life.
−3: Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step if it has mana value 3 or less.
−8: Each opponent loses life equal to the number of cards in their graveyard.

Vow of Lightning

Enchanted creature gets +2/+2, has first strike, and can't attack you or planeswalkers you control.

Curse of Disturbance

Whenever enchanted player is attacked, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token. Each opponent attacking that player does the same.

At the beginning of your precombat main phase, add {B} for each charge counter on Black Market.

Whenever enchanted player casts a spell, put a spite counter on Curse of Vengeance.
When enchanted player loses the game, you gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the number of spite counters on Curse of Vengeance.

Marchesa's Decree

When Marchesa's Decree enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, that creature's controller loses 1 life.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.

Animate Dead

Enchant creature card in a graveyard
When Animate Dead enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.

As Bitter Feud enters the battlefield, choose two players.
