Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Mirrodin Besieged

As Mirrodin Besieged enters the battlefield, choose Mirran or Phyrexian.
• Mirran — Whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token.
• Phyrexian — At the beginning of your end step, draw a card, then discard a card. Then if there are fifteen or more artifact cards in your graveyard, target opponent loses the game.

Winter Orb

As long as Winter Orb is untapped, players can't untap more than one land during their untap steps.

Meekstone

Creatures with power 3 or greater don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Karn, the Great Creator

Activated abilities of artifacts your opponents control can't be activated.
+1: Until your next turn, up to one target noncreature artifact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its mana value.
−2: You may reveal an artifact card you own from outside the game or choose a face-up artifact card you own in exile. Put that card into your hand.

Sapphire Medallion

Blue spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Howling Mine

At the beginning of each player's draw step, if Howling Mine is untapped, that player draws an additional card.

Dissipation Field

Whenever a permanent deals damage to you, return it to its owner's hand.

Mana Drain

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell's mana value.

Memnarch

{1}{U}{U}: Target permanent becomes an artifact in addition to its other types. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
{3}{U}: Gain control of target artifact. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Ward of Bones

Each opponent who controls more creatures than you can't cast creature spells. The same is true for artifacts and enchantments.
Each opponent who controls more lands than you can't play lands.

Aether Barrier

Whenever a player casts a creature spell, that player sacrifices a permanent unless they pay {1}.

Mycosynth Lattice

All permanents are artifacts in addition to their other types.
All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents are colorless.
Players may spend mana as though it were mana of any color.

Dramatic Reversal

Untap all nonland permanents you control.

Narset's Reversal

Copy target instant or sorcery spell, then return it to its owner's hand. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Padeem, Consul of Innovation

Artifacts you control have hexproof.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control the artifact with the highest mana value or tied for the highest mana value, draw a card.

Rapid Hybridization

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. That creature's controller creates a 3/3 green Frog Lizard creature token.

Reshape

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice an artifact.
Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Sai, Master Thopterist

Whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying.
{1}{U}, Sacrifice two artifacts: Draw a card.

Spellskite

{U/P}: Change a target of target spell or ability to Spellskite. ({U/P} can be paid with either {U} or 2 life.)

Tale's End

Counter target activated ability, triggered ability, or legendary spell.

Tribute Mage

When Tribute Mage enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an artifact card with mana value 2, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Unwinding Clock

Untap all artifacts you control during each other player's untap step.

Urza's Saga

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — Urza's Saga gains "{T}: Add {C}."
II — Urza's Saga gains "{2}, {T}: Create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with 'This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control.'"
III — Search your library for an artifact card with mana cost {0} or {1}, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Scry 2, then draw a card. (To scry 2, look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom and the rest on top in any order.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three or more artifacts, you gain 1 life.

{4}, {T}, Sacrifice Inventors' Fair: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Activate only if you control three or more artifacts.

Cyclonic Rift

Return target nonland permanent you don't control to its owner's hand.
Overload {6}{U} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Trinisphere

As long as Trinisphere is untapped, each spell that would cost less than three mana to cast costs three mana to cast. (Additional mana in the cost may be paid with any color of mana or colorless mana. For example, a spell that would cost {1}{B} to cast costs {2}{B} to cast instead.)

Academy Ruins

{1}{U}, {T}: Put target artifact card from your graveyard on top of your library.

Rhystic Study

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Flusterstorm

Counter target instant or sorcery spell unless its controller pays {1}.
Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Pendrell Mists

All creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice this creature unless you pay {1}."

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player untaps a land they control.

Storage Matrix

As long as Storage Matrix is untapped, each player chooses artifact, creature, or land during their untap step. That player can untap only permanents of the chosen type this step.

Whir of Invention

Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.)

Blinkmoth Urn

At the beginning of each player's precombat main phase, if Blinkmoth Urn is untapped, that player adds {C} for each artifact they control.

Buried Ruin

Crawlspace

No more than two creatures can attack you each combat.

Emry, Lurker of the Loch

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control.
When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, mill four cards.
{T}: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn. (You still pay its costs. Timing rules still apply.)

Fatespinner

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player chooses draw step, main phase, or combat phase. The player skips each instance of the chosen step or phase this turn.

Silent Arbiter

No more than one creature can attack each combat.
No more than one creature can block each combat.

Tezzeret the Seeker

+1: Untap up to two target artifacts.
−X: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
−5: Artifacts you control become artifact creatures with base power and toughness 5/5 until end of turn.

An Offer You Can't Refuse

Counter target noncreature spell. Its controller creates two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Arcane Denial

Counter target spell. Its controller may draw up to two cards at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
You draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.

Negate

Otawara, Soaring City

{T}: Add {U}.
Channel — {3}{U}, Discard Otawara, Soaring City: Return target artifact, creature, enchantment, or planeswalker to its owner's hand. This ability costs {1} less to activate for each legendary creature you control.

Field of Ruin

{T}: Add {C}.
{2}, {T}, Sacrifice Field of Ruin: Destroy target nonbasic land an opponent controls. Each player searches their library for a basic land card, puts it onto the battlefield, then shuffles.

Stasis

Players skip their untap steps.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Stasis unless you pay {U}.

Swan Song

Counter target enchantment, instant, or sorcery spell. Its controller creates a 2/2 blue Bird creature token with flying.

Urza, Lord High Artificer

When Urza, Lord High Artificer enters the battlefield, create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with "This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control."
Tap an untapped artifact you control: Add {U}.
{5}: Shuffle your library, then exile the top card. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost.

Darksteel Forge

Artifacts you control have indestructible. (Effects that say "destroy" don't destroy them. Artifact creatures with indestructible can't be destroyed by damage.)

Fierce Guardianship

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.
Counter target noncreature spell.

Force of Will

You may pay 1 life and exile a blue card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
