Whenever a creature is exiled from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Soulherder.
At the beginning of your end step, you may exile another target creature you control, then return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Elite Spellbinder

When Elite Spellbinder enters, look at target opponent's hand. You may exile a nonland card from it. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may play it. A spell cast this way costs {2} more to cast.

At the beginning of your end step, exile up to one target artifact or creature you control, then return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Fading Hope

Return target creature to its owner's hand. If its mana value was 3 or less, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)

Test of Talents
