Back to Basics

Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Circu, Dimir Lobotomist

Whenever you cast a blue spell, exile the top card of target player's library.
Whenever you cast a black spell, exile the top card of target player's library.
Your opponents can't cast spells with the same name as a card exiled with Circu, Dimir Lobotomist.

Personal Tutor

Search your library for a sorcery card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Gilded Drake

Flying
When Gilded Drake enters, exchange control of Gilded Drake and up to one target creature an opponent controls. If you don't or can't make an exchange, sacrifice Gilded Drake. This ability still resolves if its target becomes illegal.

Painful Memories

Look at target opponent's hand and choose a card from it. Put that card on top of that player's library.

Piracy

Until end of turn, you may tap lands you don't control for mana. Spend this mana only to cast spells.

Cathartic Adept

Scrib Nibblers

{T}: Exile the top card of target player's library. If it's a land card, you gain 1 life.
Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, you may untap Scrib Nibblers.

Whenever Thada Adel, Acquisitor deals combat damage to a player, search that player's library for an artifact card and exile it. Then that player shuffles. Until end of turn, you may play that card.

Mox Diamond

If Mox Diamond would enter, you may discard a land card instead. If you do, put Mox Diamond onto the battlefield. If you don't, put it into its owner's graveyard.
{T}: Add one mana of any color.

Psychic Surgery

Whenever an opponent shuffles their library, you may look at the top two cards of that library. You may exile one of those cards. Then put the rest on top of that library in any order.

Lim-Dûl's Vault

Look at the top five cards of your library. As many times as you choose, you may pay 1 life, put those cards on the bottom of your library in any order, then look at the top five cards of your library. Then shuffle and put the last cards you looked at this way on top in any order.

Memory Lapse

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on top of its owner's library instead of into that player's graveyard.

Chain of Vapor

Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Then that permanent's controller may sacrifice a land of their choice. If the player does, they may copy this spell and may choose a new target for that copy.
