Chronobot

Possibility Storm

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with Possibility Storm on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Spirit Loop

Enchant creature you control
Whenever enchanted creature deals damage, you gain that much life.
When Spirit Loop is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return Spirit Loop to its owner's hand.

Grip of Chaos

Whenever a spell or ability is put onto the stack, if it has a single target, reselect its target at random. (Select from among all legal targets.)

Divine Presence

If a source would deal 4 or more damage to a permanent or player, that source deals 3 damage to that permanent or player instead.

Mages' Contest

You and target spell's controller bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of 1. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid. If you win the bidding, counter that spell.

Celestial Convergence

Celestial Convergence enters with seven omen counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove an omen counter from Celestial Convergence. If there are no omen counters on Celestial Convergence, the player with the highest life total wins the game. If two or more players are tied for highest life total, the game is a draw.

Illicit Auction

Each player may bid life for control of target creature. You start the bidding with a bid of 0. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and gains control of the creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

General Jarkeld

{T}: Choose two target blocked attacking creatures. If each of those creatures could be blocked by all creatures that the other is blocked by, each creature that's blocking exactly one of those attacking creatures stops blocking it and is blocking the other attacking creature. Activate only during the declare blockers step.

Enroll in the Coalition

You are a Flagbearer.
While choosing targets as part of casting a spell or activating an ability, your opponents must choose at least one Flagbearer if able.

Wizened Arbiter

When Wizened Arbiter enters, you may reveal a white card you own from outside the game. If you do, exchange that card with a card in your hand.

Search for Survivors

Reorder your graveyard at random. An opponent chooses a card at random in your graveyard. If it's a creature card, put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, exile it.

Mana Cache

At the beginning of each player's end step, put a charge counter on Mana Cache for each untapped land that player controls.
Remove a charge counter from Mana Cache: Add {C}. Any player may activate this ability but only during their turn before the end step.

Puppet's Verdict

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy all creatures with power 2 or less. If you lose the flip, destroy all creatures with power 3 or greater.

Smoke

Players can't untap more than one creature during their untap steps.

Glyph of Destruction

Target blocking Wall you control gets +10/+0 until end of combat. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to it this turn. Destroy it at the beginning of the next end step.

Hive Mind

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, each other player copies that spell. Each of those players may choose new targets for their copy.

Counterbalance

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If you do, counter that spell if it has the same mana value as the revealed card.

Lightning Storm

Lightning Storm deals X damage to any target, where X is 3 plus the number of charge counters on Lightning Storm.
Discard a land card: Put two charge counters on Lightning Storm. You may choose a new target for it. Any player may activate this ability but only if Lightning Storm is on the stack.

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Shared Fate

If a player would draw a card, that player exiles the top card of one of their opponents' libraries face down instead.
Each player may look at cards they exiled with Shared Fate, and they may play lands and cast spells from among those cards.

Aura Graft

Gain control of target Aura that's attached to a permanent. Attach it to another permanent it can enchant.

Cultural Exchange

Choose any number of creatures target player controls. Choose the same number of creatures another target player controls. Those players exchange control of those creatures. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Psychic Battle

Whenever a player chooses one or more targets, each player reveals the top card of their library. The player who reveals the card with the highest mana value may change the target or targets. If two or more cards are tied for highest, the target or targets remain unchanged. Changing targets this way doesn't trigger abilities of permanents named Psychic Battle.

Rebound

Change the target of target spell that targets only a player. The new target must be a player.

Wall of Tears

Defender (This creature can't attack.)
Whenever Wall of Tears blocks a creature, return that creature to its owner's hand at end of combat.

Unstable Shapeshifter

Whenever another creature enters, Unstable Shapeshifter becomes a copy of that creature, except it has this ability.

Back to Basics

Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Wall of Stolen Identity

You may have Wall of Stolen Identity enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it's a Wall in addition to its other types and has defender. When you do, tap the copied creature and it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as you control Wall of Stolen Identity.

All creature cards you own with flash are instants in addition to their other types.
Whenever you cast another spell with two or more card types, you may draw a card, then discard a card.

Memory Bank

Do-Over

Restart the turn, except with Do-Over in exile. (First, return all cards to where they were as the turn began. For information from hidden zones like the hand, reconstruct as best you can, and do the rest at random.)

High Troller

All targeted spells and abilities cost {2} less and have their targets chosen randomly.

Queue of Beetles

The stack is now first in, first out instead of last in, first out. (The first spell or ability on the stack is the first one to resolve.)

Problematic Volcano

When Problematic Volcano enters, it deals 4 damage to any target. Then, starting with you, each player assigns their creatures to the left or right of the volcano. Creatures enter to the left or right of the volcano.
Creatures can't block creatures on the other side of the volcano.

Red Herring

{1}{U}: Exchange Red Herring from your hand with a permanent you control on the battlefield or a spell you control on the stack. If that permanent or spell was the target of a spell or ability, change that target to Red Herring.

Meditate

Draw four cards. You skip your next turn.

Transcantation

Target instant or sorcery spell becomes a copy of Lightning Bolt. Its controller may choose new targets for it.
