Permeating Mass

Whenever Permeating Mass deals combat damage to a creature, that creature becomes a copy of Permeating Mass.

Wishmonger

Warmonger

{2}: Warmonger deals 1 damage to each creature without flying and each player. Any player may activate this ability.

Jester's Mask enters tapped.
{1}, {T}, Sacrifice Jester's Mask: Target opponent puts the cards from their hand on top of their library. Search that player's library for that many cards. That player puts those cards into their hand, then shuffles.

Fiery Gambit

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Eye of Singularity

When Eye of Singularity enters, destroy each permanent with the same name as another permanent, except for basic lands. They can't be regenerated.
Whenever a permanent other than a basic land enters, destroy all other permanents with that name. They can't be regenerated.

Crescendo of War

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a strife counter on Crescendo of War.
Attacking creatures get +1/+0 for each strife counter on Crescendo of War.
Blocking creatures you control get +1/+0 for each strife counter on Crescendo of War.

Jinxed Choker

At the beginning of your end step, target opponent gains control of Jinxed Choker and puts a charge counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Jinxed Choker deals damage to you equal to the number of charge counters on it.
{3}: Put a charge counter on Jinxed Choker or remove one from it.

Celestial Convergence

Celestial Convergence enters with seven omen counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove an omen counter from Celestial Convergence. If there are no omen counters on Celestial Convergence, the player with the highest life total wins the game. If two or more players are tied for highest life total, the game is a draw.

Magnetic Web

If a creature with a magnet counter on it attacks, all creatures with magnet counters on them attack if able.
Whenever a creature with a magnet counter on it attacks, all creatures with magnet counters on them block that creature this turn if able.
{1}, {T}: Put a magnet counter on target creature.

Debt of Loyalty

Regenerate target creature. You gain control of that creature if it regenerates this way.

Siren's Call

Cast this spell only during an opponent's turn, before attackers are declared.
Creatures the active player controls attack this turn if able.
At the beginning of the next end step, destroy all non-Wall creatures that player controls that didn't attack this turn. Ignore this effect for each creature the player didn't control continuously since the beginning of the turn.

Omen Machine

Players can't draw cards.
At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Cultural Exchange

Choose any number of creatures target player controls. Choose the same number of creatures another target player controls. Those players exchange control of those creatures. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Scandalmonger

{2}: Target player discards a card. Any player may activate this ability but only as a sorcery.

Illicit Auction

Each player may bid life for control of target creature. You start the bidding with a bid of 0. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and gains control of the creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Cleansing

For each land, destroy that land unless any player pays 1 life.

Soul Sculptor

{1}{W}, {T}: Target creature becomes an enchantment and loses all abilities until a player casts a creature spell.

Phyrexian Splicer

{2}, {T}, Choose flying, first strike, trample, or shadow: Until end of turn, target creature with the chosen ability loses it and another target creature gains it.

Withering Boon

As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay 3 life.

Curfew

Each player returns a creature they control to its owner's hand.

Kusari-Gama

Equipped creature has "{2}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn."
Whenever equipped creature deals damage to a blocking creature, Kusari-Gama deals that much damage to each other creature defending player controls.
Equip {3} ({3}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Avoid Fate

Counter target instant or Aura spell that targets a permanent you control.

Angel's Trumpet

All creatures have vigilance.
At the beginning of each player's end step, tap all untapped creatures that player controls that didn't attack this turn. Angel's Trumpet deals damage to the player equal to the number of creatures tapped this way.

Ashnod's Transmogrant

{T}, Sacrifice Ashnod's Transmogrant: Put a +1/+1 counter on target nonartifact creature. That creature becomes an artifact in addition to its other types.

Eternity Vessel

Eternity Vessel enters with X charge counters on it, where X is your life total.
Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, you may have your life total become the number of charge counters on Eternity Vessel.

Culling Scales

At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy target nonland permanent with the lowest mana value. (If two or more permanents are tied for lowest, target any one of them.)

Bubble Matrix

Prevent all damage that would be dealt to creatures.

Titania's Song

Each noncreature artifact loses all abilities and becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its mana value. If Titania's Song leaves the battlefield, this effect continues until end of turn.

Riftsweeper

When Riftsweeper enters, choose target face-up exiled card. Its owner shuffles it into their library.

{1}, {T}: Target creature gains protection from artifacts until end of turn.

Batwing Brume

Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn if {W} was spent to cast this spell. Each player loses 1 life for each attacking creature they control if {B} was spent to cast this spell. (Do both if {W}{B} was spent.)

Cast this spell only during an opponent's turn and only during combat.
Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to you and planeswalkers you control this turn. Untap all attacking creatures and goad them. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
