Each player mills ten cards. For each player, choose a creature or planeswalker card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Then each creature you control becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.

Disciple of Bolas

When Disciple of Bolas enters, sacrifice another creature. You gain X life and draw X cards, where X is that creature's power.

Whenever you pay life, put that many blood counters on Font of Agonies.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice an artifact or creature.
You gain life equal to the sacrificed permanent's mana value. Draw two cards.

Fleshbag Marauder

When Fleshbag Marauder enters, each player sacrifices a creature of their choice.

Plaguecrafter

When Plaguecrafter enters, each player sacrifices a creature or planeswalker of their choice. Each player who can't discards a card.

Lorcan, Warlock Collector

Whenever a creature card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may pay life equal to its mana value. If you do, put it onto the battlefield under your control. It's a Warlock in addition to its other types.
If a Warlock you control would die, exile it instead.

Syr Konrad, the Grim

Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent.
{1}{B}: Each player mills a card. (They each put the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Hellish Rebuke

Until end of turn, permanents your opponents control gain "When this permanent deals damage to the player who cast Hellish Rebuke, sacrifice this permanent. You lose 2 life."

Whip of Erebos

Creatures you control have lifelink.
{2}{B}{B}, {T}: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step. If it would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else. Activate only as a sorcery.

Gray Merchant of Asphodel

When Gray Merchant of Asphodel enters, each opponent loses X life, where X is your devotion to black. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. (Each {B} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.)

Solemn Simulacrum

When this creature enters, you may search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
When this creature dies, you may draw a card.

Disciple of Griselbrand

{1}, Sacrifice a creature: You gain life equal to the sacrificed creature's toughness.

Deathgreeter

Whenever another creature dies, you may gain 1 life.

Creeping Bloodsucker

At the beginning of your upkeep, Creeping Bloodsucker deals 1 damage to each opponent. You gain life equal to the damage dealt this way.

Accursed Marauder

When Accursed Marauder enters, each player sacrifices a nontoken creature of their choice.

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Whenever you tap a Swamp for mana, add an additional {B}.

Consuming Corruption

Consuming Corruption deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker and you gain X life, where X is the number of Swamps you control.

Exsanguinate

Each opponent loses X life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way.

Geth, Lord of the Vault

Intimidate (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.)
{X}{B}: Put target artifact or creature card with mana value X from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control tapped. Then that player mills X cards.

Blood Artist

Whenever Blood Artist or another creature dies, target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

Dread Presence

Whenever a Swamp you control enters, choose one —
• You draw a card and you lose 1 life.
• Dread Presence deals 2 damage to any target and you gain 2 life.

Defile

Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each Swamp you control.

Rottenmouth Viper

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of nonland permanents. This spell costs {1} less to cast for each permanent sacrificed this way.
Whenever Rottenmouth Viper enters or attacks, put a blight counter on it. Then for each blight counter on it, each opponent loses 4 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice or discards a card.

Pontiff of Blight

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Other creatures you control have extort. (If a creature has multiple instances of extort, each triggers separately.)

{4}{B}: Exile Sheoldred, then return it to the battlefield transformed under its owner's control. Activate only as a sorcery and only if an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard.

I — For each opponent, destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
II — Each opponent discards three cards, then mills three cards.
III — Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control. Exile The True Scriptures, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).
