Pact of Negation

Counter target spell.
At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay {3}{U}{U}. If you don't, you lose the game.

Personal Tutor

Search your library for a sorcery card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Polymorph

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. The player puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles all other cards revealed this way into their library.

Pongify

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Ape creature token.

Power Artifact

Enchant artifact
Enchanted artifact's activated abilities cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana.

Prismatic Vista

{T}, Pay 1 life, Sacrifice Prismatic Vista: Search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Proteus Staff

{2}{U}, {T}: Put target creature on the bottom of its owner's library. That creature's controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. The player puts that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in any order. Activate only as a sorcery.

Resculpt

Exile target artifact or creature. Its controller creates a 4/4 blue and red Elemental creature token.

Reshape

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice an artifact.
Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Rhystic Study

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Rings of Brighthearth

Whenever you activate an ability, if it isn't a mana ability, you may pay {2}. If you do, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Sapphire Medallion

Blue spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Saprazzan Skerry

Saprazzan Skerry enters tapped with two depletion counters on it.

{1}: Look at the top three cards of your library, then put them back in any order.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player taps an untapped artifact, creature, or land they control for each fade counter on Tangle Wire.

Tezzeret the Seeker

+1: Untap up to two target artifacts.
−X: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
−5: Artifacts you control become artifact creatures with base power and toughness 5/5 until end of turn.

The One Ring

Sacrifice an artifact. If you do, search your library for an artifact card. If that card's mana value is less than or equal to the sacrificed artifact's mana value, put it onto the battlefield. If it's greater, you may pay {X}, where X is the difference. If you do, put it onto the battlefield. If you don't, put it into its owner's graveyard. Then shuffle.

Trinisphere

As long as Trinisphere is untapped, each spell that would cost less than three mana to cast costs three mana to cast. (Additional mana in the cost may be paid with any color of mana or colorless mana. For example, a spell that would cost {1}{B} to cast costs {2}{B} to cast instead.)
