During your turn, you may play cards you don't own with stash counters on them from exile, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

Tasha, the Witch Queen

Whenever you cast a spell you don't own, create a 3/3 black Demon creature token.
+1: Draw a card. For each opponent, exile up to one target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard and put a page counter on it.
−3: You may cast a spell from among cards in exile with page counters on them without paying its mana cost.

Arvinox, the Mind Flail

Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own.
At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Staff of Eden, Vault's Key

When Staff of Eden, Vault's Key enters, put target legendary permanent card not named Staff of Eden, Vault's Key from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
{T}: Draw a card for each permanent you control but don't own.

Thieving Varmint

{T}, Pay 1 life: Add two mana of any one color. Spend this mana only to cast spells you don't own.

Thieving Amalgam

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, you manifest the top card of that player's library. (Put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
Whenever a creature you control but don't own dies, its owner loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

The Horus Heresy

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — For each opponent, gain control of up to one target nonlegendary creature that player controls for as long as The Horus Heresy remains on the battlefield.
II — Draw a card for each creature you control but don't own.
III — Starting with you, each player chooses a creature. Destroy each creature chosen this way.
