Hidetsugu and Kairi

When Hidetsugu and Kairi enters, draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order.
When Hidetsugu and Kairi dies, exile the top card of your library. Target opponent loses life equal to its mana value. If it's an instant or sorcery card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Opposition Agent

You control your opponents while they're searching their libraries.
While an opponent is searching their library, they exile each card they find. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.

Pyxis of Pandemonium

{T}: Each player exiles the top card of their library face down.
{7}, {T}, Sacrifice Pyxis of Pandemonium: Each player turns face up all cards they own exiled with Pyxis of Pandemonium, then puts all permanent cards among them onto the battlefield.

Kotose, the Silent Spider

When Kotose, the Silent Spider enters, exile target card other than a basic land card from an opponent's graveyard. Search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles. For as long as you control Kotose, you may play one of the exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

For each attacking creature, its owner puts it on their choice of the top or bottom of their library.

Put target permanent an opponent controls on top of its owner's library. That opponent may put an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card from their hand onto the battlefield.

Forerunner of the Coalition

When Forerunner of the Coalition enters, you may search your library for a Pirate card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.
Whenever another Pirate you control enters, each opponent loses 1 life.

Agonizing Memories

Look at target player's hand and choose two cards from it. Put them on top of that player's library in any order.

Anchor to the Aether

Put target creature on top of its owner's library. Scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)

Hostage Taker

When Hostage Taker enters, exile another target creature or artifact until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Aether Gust

When Ramirez DePietro, Pillager enters, you lose 2 life and create two Treasure tokens.
Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal combat damage to a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled.

−X: Put a creature card with mana value X exiled with Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is a Nightmare in addition to its other types.
