Pay X {E}, Sacrifice a creature, Return Chthonian Nightmare to its owner's hand: Return target creature card with mana value X from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate only as a sorcery.

Psychic Frog

Whenever Psychic Frog deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, draw a card.
Discard a card: Put a +1/+1 counter on Psychic Frog.
Exile three cards from your graveyard: Psychic Frog gains flying until end of turn.

When Volatile Stormdrake enters, exchange control of Volatile Stormdrake and target creature an opponent controls. If you do, you get {E}{E}{E}{E}, then sacrifice that creature unless you pay an amount of {E} equal to its mana value.

Counter target instant or sorcery spell unless its controller pays {1}.
