Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, return that spell to its owner's hand. If you win the flip, copy that spell, and you may choose new targets for the copy.

Each opponent secretly chooses silence or snitch, then the choices are revealed. If each opponent chose silence, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 4 damage to each of them. If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence.

Cumulative upkeep—Flip a coin. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever you win a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target of an opponent's choice.

Whenever you win a coin flip, create two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Fiery Gambit

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Guttersnipe

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Guttersnipe deals 2 damage to each opponent.

Chance Encounter

Whenever you win a coin flip, put a luck counter on Chance Encounter.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Chance Encounter has ten or more luck counters on it, you win the game.

Whims of the Fates

Starting with you, each player separates all permanents they control into three piles. Then each player chooses one of their piles at random and sacrifices those permanents. (Piles can be empty.)

Puppet's Verdict

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy all creatures with power 2 or less. If you lose the flip, destroy all creatures with power 3 or greater.

Planar Chaos

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Planar Chaos.
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin. If they lose the flip, counter that spell.

Knowledge Pool

Imprint — When Knowledge Pool enters, each player exiles the top three cards of their library.
Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it. If the player does, they may cast a spell from among other cards exiled with Knowledge Pool without paying its mana cost.

Teferi's Puzzle Box

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order, then draws that many cards.
