Laboratory Maniac

If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.

Phantasmal Image

You may have Phantasmal Image enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it's an Illusion in addition to its other types and it has "When this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it."

Grand Architect

Static Orb

As long as Static Orb is untapped, players can't untap more than two permanents during their untap steps.

Imprint — When Isochron Scepter enters, you may exile an instant card with mana value 2 or less from your hand.
{2}, {T}: You may copy the exiled card. If you do, you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Preordain

Sensei's Divining Top

Mirrodin Besieged

As Mirrodin Besieged enters, choose Mirran or Phyrexian.
• Mirran — Whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token.
• Phyrexian — At the beginning of your end step, draw a card, then discard a card. Then if there are fifteen or more artifact cards in your graveyard, target opponent loses the game.

Thassa's Oracle

When Thassa's Oracle enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)

Strix Serenade

Counter target artifact, creature, or planeswalker spell. Its controller creates a 2/2 blue Bird creature token with flying.

Volatile Stormdrake

Flying, hexproof from activated and triggered abilities
When Volatile Stormdrake enters, exchange control of Volatile Stormdrake and target creature an opponent controls. If you do, you get {E}{E}{E}{E}, then sacrifice that creature unless you pay an amount of {E} equal to its mana value.

Flusterstorm

Counter target instant or sorcery spell unless its controller pays {1}.
Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Force of Negation

If it's not your turn, you may exile a blue card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Counter target noncreature spell. If that spell is countered this way, exile it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard.

Mana Drain

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell's mana value.

Fierce Guardianship

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.
Counter target noncreature spell.

Desynchronization

Return each nonland permanent that's not historic to its owner's hand. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic.)

Copy Artifact

You may have Copy Artifact enter as a copy of any artifact on the battlefield, except it's an enchantment in addition to its other types.

Training Grounds

Activated abilities of creatures you control cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana.

Time Spiral

Exile Time Spiral. Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards. You untap up to six lands.

Swiftfoot Boots

Equipped creature has hexproof and haste. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
