Discard two cards: Soul Ransom's controller sacrifices it, then draws two cards. Only your opponents may activate this ability.

Startled Awake

Target opponent mills thirteen cards.
{3}{U}{U}: Put Startled Awake from your graveyard onto the battlefield transformed. Activate only as a sorcery.

Persistent Nightmare

Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.)
When Persistent Nightmare deals combat damage to a player, return it to its owner's hand.

Dimir Doppelganger

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver

+2: Exile the top three cards of target opponent's library.
−X: Put a creature card with mana value X exiled with Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is a Nightmare in addition to its other types.
−10: Exile all cards from all opponents' hands and graveyards.

Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker

Whenever Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker deals combat damage to a player, that player reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal four land cards, then puts those cards into their graveyard.

Diluvian Primordial

When Diluvian Primordial enters, for each opponent, you may cast up to one target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If a spell cast this way would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Consuming Aberration

Consuming Aberration's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your opponents' graveyards.
Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then puts those cards into their graveyard.

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind

Whenever a creature card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may have Lazav, Dimir Mastermind become a copy of that card, except its name is Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, it's legendary in addition to its other types, and it has hexproof and this ability.

Psychic Surgery

Whenever an opponent shuffles their library, you may look at the top two cards of that library. You may exile one of those cards. Then put the rest on top of that library in any order.

Gruesome Encore

Put target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step. If that creature would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else.

Sadistic Sacrament

Kicker {7} (You may pay an additional {7} as you cast this spell.)
Search target player's library for up to three cards, exile them, then that player shuffles. If this spell was kicked, instead search that player's library for up to fifteen cards, exile them, then that player shuffles.

Telemin Performance

Target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. That player puts all noncreature cards revealed this way into their graveyard, then you put the creature card onto the battlefield under your control.

Induce Paranoia

Counter target spell. If {B} was spent to cast this spell, that spell's controller mills X cards, where X is the spell's mana value.

Raven Guild Master

Whenever Raven Guild Master deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top ten cards of their library.

Wrexial, the Risen Deep

Islandwalk, swampwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island or a Swamp.)
Whenever Wrexial, the Risen Deep deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Riddlekeeper

Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, that creature's controller mills two cards.

Evil Twin

You may have Evil Twin enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has "{U}{B}, {T}: Destroy target creature with the same name as this creature."

Thief of Sanity

Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Etrata, the Silencer

Etrata, the Silencer can't be blocked.
Whenever Etrata deals combat damage to a player, exile target creature that player controls and put a hit counter on that card. That player loses the game if they own three or more exiled cards with hit counters on them. Etrata's owner shuffles Etrata into their library.

Mnemonic Betrayal

Exile all opponents' graveyards. You may cast spells from among those cards this turn, and mana of any type can be spent to cast them. At the beginning of the next end step, if any of those cards remain exiled, return them to their owners' graveyards.
