Illusionist's Gambit

Cast this spell only during the declare blockers step on an opponent's turn.
Remove all attacking creatures from combat and untap them. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase. Each of those creatures attacks that combat if able. They can't attack you or planeswalkers you control that combat.

Call for Aid

Gain control of all creatures target opponent controls until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste until end of turn. You can't attack that player this turn. You can't sacrifice those creatures this turn.

Gale's Redirection

Exile target spell, then roll a d20 and add that spell's mana value.
1—14 | You may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
15+ | You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.

Reins of Power

Untap all creatures you control and all creatures target opponent controls. You and that opponent each gain control of all creatures the other controls until end of turn. Those creatures gain haste until end of turn.

Blue Sun's Twilight

Gain control of target creature with mana value X or less. If X is 5 or more, create a token that's a copy of that creature.

Chart a Course

Draw two cards. Then discard a card unless you attacked this turn.

The Nipton Lottery

Choose a creature at random. You gain control of that creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. Then destroy all other creatures.

Besmirch

Until end of turn, gain control of target creature and it gains haste. Untap and goad that creature. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

The Indomitable

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.

The Belligerent

Whenever The Belligerent attacks, create a Treasure token. Until end of turn, you may look at the top card of your library any time, and you may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library.

Deluxe Dragster can't be blocked except by Vehicles.
Whenever Deluxe Dragster deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

I — For each opponent, gain control of up to one target nonlegendary creature that player controls for as long as The Horus Heresy remains on the battlefield.
II — Draw a card for each creature you control but don't own.
III — Starting with you, each player chooses a creature. Destroy each creature chosen this way.

Don Andres, the Renegade

Each creature you control but don't own gets +2/+2, has menace and deathtouch, and is a Pirate in addition to its other types.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you don't own, create two tapped Treasure tokens.

The Ruinous Powers

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose an opponent at random. Exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may play that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it. When you cast a spell this way, its owner loses life equal to its mana value.

Cunning Rhetoric

Whenever an opponent attacks you and/or one or more planeswalkers you control, exile the top card of that player's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
