At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent loses 3 life unless they discard a card. If you're the monarch, instead each opponent loses 6 life unless they discard two cards.

Court of Locthwain

When Court of Locthwain enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of target opponent's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it. If you're the monarch, until end of turn, you may cast a spell from among cards exiled with Court of Locthwain without paying its mana cost.

Court of Cunning

When Court of Cunning enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, any number of target players each mill two cards. If you're the monarch, each of those players mills ten cards instead. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Court of Vantress

When Court of Vantress enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose up to one other target enchantment or artifact. If you're the monarch, you may create a token that's a copy of it. If you're not the monarch, you may have Court of Vantress become a copy of it, except it has this ability.

Chaos Moon

At the beginning of each upkeep, count the number of permanents. If the number is odd, until end of turn, red creatures get +1/+1 and whenever a player taps a Mountain for mana, that player adds an additional {R}. If the number is even, until end of turn, red creatures get -1/-1 and if a player taps a Mountain for mana, that Mountain produces colorless mana instead of any other type.

Court of Embereth

When Court of Embereth enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 3/1 red Knight creature token. Then if you're the monarch, Court of Embereth deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of creatures you control.

Endless Evil

Enchant creature you control
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a token that's a copy of enchanted creature, except the token is 1/1.
When enchanted creature dies, if that creature was a Horror, return Endless Evil to its owner's hand.

Enemy of Enlightenment

Flying
Enemy of Enlightenment gets -1/-1 for each card in your opponents' hands.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player discards a card.

Honden of Night's Reach

At the beginning of your upkeep, target opponent discards a card for each Shrine you control.

Honden of Infinite Rage

At the beginning of your upkeep, Honden of Infinite Rage deals damage to any target equal to the number of Shrines you control.

Honden of Seeing Winds

At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card for each Shrine you control.

Ill-Gotten Inheritance

At the beginning of your upkeep, Ill-Gotten Inheritance deals 1 damage to each opponent and you gain 1 life.
{5}{B}, Sacrifice Ill-Gotten Inheritance: It deals 4 damage to target opponent and you gain 4 life.

Mechanized Production

Enchant artifact you control
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a token that's a copy of enchanted artifact. Then if you control eight or more artifacts with the same name as one another, you win the game.

Palace Siege

As Palace Siege enters, choose Khans or Dragons.
• Khans — At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
• Dragons — At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

Laughing Jasper Flint

Creatures you control but don't own are Mercenaries in addition to their other types.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top X cards of target opponent's library, where X is the number of outlaws you control. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

Gisa, Glorious Resurrector

If a creature an opponent controls would die, exile it instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put all creature cards exiled with Gisa, Glorious Resurrector onto the battlefield under your control. They gain decayed. (A creature with decayed can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice it at end of combat.)

Sheoldred, Whispering One

Swampwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls a Swamp.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player sacrifices a creature of their choice.

Jhoira of the Ghitu

{2}, Exile a nonland card from your hand: Put four time counters on the exiled card. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)

Viconia, Drow Apostate

At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more creature cards in your graveyard, return a creature card at random from your graveyard to your hand.

Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch

Whenever you cast an instant spell from your hand, it gains rebound. (Exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.)
When Ojer Pakpatiq dies, return it to the battlefield tapped and transformed under its owner's control with three time counters on it.

At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock.
When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.

Replicating Ring

{T}: Add one mana of any color.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a night counter on Replicating Ring. Then if it has eight or more night counters on it, remove all of them and create eight colorless snow artifact tokens named Replicated Ring with "{T}: Add one mana of any color."
