Game Preserve

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player reveals the top card of their library. If all cards revealed this way are creature cards, put those cards onto the battlefield under their owners' control.

Brine Seer

{2}{U}, {T}: Reveal any number of blue cards in your hand. Counter target spell unless its controller pays {1} for each card revealed this way.

Alhammarret, High Arbiter

Flying
As Alhammarret, High Arbiter enters, each opponent reveals their hand. You choose the name of a nonland card revealed this way.
Your opponents can't cast spells with the chosen name (as long as this creature is on the battlefield).

Aven Windreader

Flying (This creature can't be blocked except by creatures with flying or reach.)
{1}{U}: Target player reveals the top card of their library.

Bamboozle

Target player reveals the top four cards of their library. You choose two of those cards and put them into that player's graveyard. Put the rest on top of their library in any order.

Blood Oath

Choose a card type. Target opponent reveals their hand. Blood Oath deals 3 damage to that player for each card of the chosen type revealed this way. (Artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, instant, kindred, land, planeswalker, and sorcery are card types.)

Booby Trap

As Booby Trap enters, choose an opponent and a card name other than a basic land card name.
The chosen player reveals each card they draw.
When the chosen player draws a card with the chosen name, sacrifice Booby Trap. If you do, Booby Trap deals 10 damage to that player.

Blessed Reincarnation

Exile target creature an opponent controls. That player reveals cards from the top of their library until a creature card is revealed. The player puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles the rest into their library.
Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)

Clear the Land

Each player reveals the top five cards of their library, puts all land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield tapped, and exiles the rest.

Consuming Aberration

Consuming Aberration's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your opponents' graveyards.
Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then puts those cards into their graveyard.

Divergent Transformations

Undaunted (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each opponent.)
Exile two target creatures. For each of those creatures, its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card, puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles the rest into their library.

Dragon's Eye Savants

Morph—Reveal a blue card in your hand. (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
When Dragon's Eye Savants is turned face up, look at target opponent's hand.

Baleful Stare

Target opponent reveals their hand. You draw a card for each Mountain and red card in it.

Círdan the Shipwright

Whenever Conundrum Sphinx attacks, each player chooses a card name. Then each player reveals the top card of their library. If the card a player revealed has the name they chose, that player puts it into their hand. If it doesn't, that player puts it on the bottom of their library.

Covetous Urge

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from that player's graveyard or hand and exile it. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

Darigaaz, the Igniter

Whenever Darigaaz, the Igniter deals combat damage to a player, you may pay {2}{R}. If you do, choose a color, then that player reveals their hand and Darigaaz deals damage to the player equal to the number of cards of that color revealed this way.

Duskmantle Seer

Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player reveals the top card of their library, loses life equal to that card's mana value, then puts it into their hand.

Fertile Imagination

Choose a card type. Target opponent reveals their hand. Create two 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens for each card of the chosen type revealed this way. (Artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, instant, kindred, land, planeswalker, and sorcery are card types.)

Friendly Fire

Target creature's controller reveals a card at random from their hand. Friendly Fire deals damage to that creature and that player equal to the revealed card's mana value.

Gandalf, Westward Voyager

Whenever you cast a spell with mana value 5 or greater, each opponent reveals the top card of their library. If any of those cards shares a card type with that spell, copy that spell, you may choose new targets for the copy, and each opponent draws a card. Otherwise, you draw a card. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

Jasmine Seer

{2}{W}, {T}: Reveal any number of white cards in your hand. You gain 2 life for each card revealed this way.

Kamahl's Summons

Each player may reveal any number of creature cards from their hand. Then each player creates a 2/2 green Bear creature token for each card they revealed this way.

Keranos, God of Storms

Indestructible
As long as your devotion to blue and red is less than seven, Keranos isn't a creature.
Reveal the first card you draw on each of your turns. Whenever you reveal a land card this way, draw a card. Whenever you reveal a nonland card this way, Keranos deals 3 damage to any target.

Naya Soulbeast

When you cast this spell, each player reveals the top card of their library. Naya Soulbeast enters with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the total mana value of all cards revealed this way.

Tunnel Vision

Choose a card name. Target player reveals cards from the top of their library until a card with that name is revealed. If it is, that player puts the rest of the revealed cards into their graveyard and puts the card with the chosen name on top of their library. Otherwise, the player shuffles.

Vexing Arcanix

{3}, {T}: Target player chooses a card name, then reveals the top card of their library. If that card has the chosen name, that player puts it into their hand. Otherwise, they put it into their graveyard and Vexing Arcanix deals 2 damage to them.

Withering Gaze

Target opponent reveals their hand. You draw a card for each Forest and green card in it.

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Cerebral Eruption

Target opponent reveals the top card of their library. Cerebral Eruption deals damage equal to the revealed card's mana value to that player and each creature that player controls. If a land card is revealed this way, return Cerebral Eruption to its owner's hand.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Cinder Seer

{2}{R}, {T}: Reveal any number of red cards in your hand. Cinder Seer deals X damage to any target, where X is the number of cards revealed this way.

Mindblaze

Choose a nonland card name and a number greater than 0. Target player reveals their library. If that library contains exactly the chosen number of cards with the chosen name, Mindblaze deals 8 damage to that player. Then that player shuffles.

Nascent Metamorph

Whenever Nascent Metamorph attacks or blocks, target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. Nascent Metamorph becomes a copy of that card until end of turn. Then that player puts all cards revealed this way on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Oath of Druids

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more creatures than they do and is their opponent. The first player may reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. If the first player does, that player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way into their graveyard.

Over the Top

Each player reveals a number of cards from the top of their library equal to the number of nonland permanents they control, puts all permanent cards they revealed this way onto the battlefield, and puts the rest into their graveyard.

Petra Sphinx

{T}: Target player chooses a card name, then reveals the top card of their library. If that card has the chosen name, that player puts it into their hand. If it doesn't, the player puts it into their graveyard.

Planeswalker's Mirth

{3}{W}: Target opponent reveals a card at random from their hand. You gain life equal to that card's mana value.

Scrying Glass

{3}, {T}: Choose a number greater than 0 and a color. Target opponent reveals their hand. If that opponent reveals exactly the chosen number of cards of the chosen color, you draw a card.

Selvala, Explorer Returned

Parley — {T}: Each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, add {G} and you gain 1 life. Then each player draws a card.

Selvala's Enforcer

Parley — When Selvala's Enforcer enters, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, put a +1/+1 counter on Selvala's Enforcer. Then each player draws a card.

Sen Triplets

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. This turn, that player can't cast spells or activate abilities and plays with their hand revealed. You may play lands and cast spells from that player's hand this turn.

Chaotic Transformation

Exile up to one target artifact, up to one target creature, up to one target enchantment, up to one target planeswalker, and/or up to one target land. For each permanent exiled this way, its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card that shares a card type with it, puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals the top card of their library. If it's an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card, the player may put it onto the battlefield.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, reveal a creature card from your hand.
Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the revealed card's mana value.

Martyr of Sands

{1}, Reveal X white cards from your hand, Sacrifice Martyr of Sands: You gain three times X life.

Merfolk Spy

Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)
Whenever Merfolk Spy deals combat damage to a player, that player reveals a card at random from their hand.

Mindclaw Shaman

When Mindclaw Shaman enters, target opponent reveals their hand. You may cast an instant or sorcery spell from among those cards without paying its mana cost.

Haunting Imitation

Each player reveals the top card of their library. For each creature card revealed this way, create a token that's a copy of that card, except it's 1/1, it's a Spirit in addition to its other types, and it has flying. If no creature cards were revealed this way, return Haunting Imitation to its owner's hand.

Ignite Memories

Target player reveals a card at random from their hand. Ignite Memories deals damage to that player equal to that card's mana value.
Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Inquisition

Target player reveals their hand. Inquisition deals damage to that player equal to the number of white cards in their hand.

Mind Grind

At the beginning of the next end step, if you haven't cast it, return it to its owner's hand. Activate only as a sorcery.

Planeswalker's Scorn

{3}{B}: Target opponent reveals a card at random from their hand. Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the revealed card's mana value. Activate only as a sorcery.

Proteus Staff

{2}{U}, {T}: Put target creature on the bottom of its owner's library. That creature's controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. The player puts that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in any order. Activate only as a sorcery.

Psychic Theft

Target player reveals their hand. You choose an instant or sorcery card from it and exile that card. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled. At the beginning of the next end step, if you haven't cast the card, return it to its owner's hand.

Scent of Ivy

Reveal any number of green cards in your hand. Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards revealed this way.

Retraced Image

Reveal a card in your hand, then put that card onto the battlefield if it has the same name as a permanent.

Reweave

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

Wild Magic Surge

Destroy target permanent an opponent controls. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with that permanent. They put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Woodvine Elemental

Trample
Parley — Whenever Woodvine Elemental attacks, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, attacking creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. Then each player draws a card.

Talent of the Telepath

Target opponent reveals the top seven cards of their library. You may cast an instant or sorcery spell from among them without paying its mana cost. Then that player puts the rest into their graveyard.
Spell mastery — If there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard, you may cast up to two instant and/or sorcery spells from among the revealed cards instead of one.

Telemin Performance

Target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. That player puts all noncreature cards revealed this way into their graveyard, then you put the creature card onto the battlefield under your control.

Tetzimoc, Primal Death

When Tetzimoc enters, destroy each creature your opponents control with a prey counter on it.

{U}{B}, {T}: Target player loses 1 life and reveals their hand.

Thought Dissector

{X}, {T}: Target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until an artifact card or X cards are revealed, whichever comes first. If an artifact card is revealed this way, put it onto the battlefield under your control and sacrifice Thought Dissector. Put the rest of the revealed cards into that player's graveyard.
