Any player may have Breaking Point deal 6 damage to them. If no one does, destroy all creatures. Creatures destroyed this way can't be regenerated.

If a player would draw a card, instead they draw a card and reveal it. If it's a creature card, that player discards it unless they pay 3 life.

Capital Punishment

At the beginning of your end step, target enchantment deals damage equal to its mana value to its controller unless that player sacrifices it.
