Court of Cunning

When Court of Cunning enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, any number of target players each mill two cards. If you're the monarch, each of those players mills ten cards instead. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Whenever Caves of Chaos Adventurer attacks, exile the top card of your library. If you've completed a dungeon, you may play that card this turn without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, you may play that card this turn.

Chain Reaction

Chain Reaction deals X damage to each creature, where X is the number of creatures on the battlefield.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Coercive Portal

Will of the council — At the beginning of your upkeep, starting with you, each player votes for carnage or homage. If carnage gets more votes, sacrifice Coercive Portal and destroy all nonland permanents. If homage gets more votes or the vote is tied, draw a card.

When Court of Embereth enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 3/1 red Knight creature token. Then if you're the monarch, Court of Embereth deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of creatures you control.

When Court of Garenbrig enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, distribute two +1/+1 counters among up to two target creatures. Then if you're the monarch, double the number of +1/+1 counters on each creature you control.

Court of Ire

When Court of Ire enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Court of Ire deals 2 damage to any target. If you're the monarch, it deals 7 damage instead.

Court of Vantress

When Court of Vantress enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose up to one other target enchantment or artifact. If you're the monarch, you may create a token that's a copy of it. If you're not the monarch, you may have Court of Vantress become a copy of it, except it has this ability.

River Song's Diary

Imprint — Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell from their hand, exile it instead of putting it into a graveyard as it resolves.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more cards exiled with River Song's Diary, choose one of them at random. You may cast it without paying its mana cost.

II — Time travel, then time travel.
III — For each opponent, destroy up to one target artifact that player controls.

The Tenth Doctor

{1}{U}, {T}, Remove twelve time counters from Trenzalore Clocktower and exile it: Shuffle your graveyard and hand into your library, then draw seven cards. Activate only if you control a Time Lord.

Undermountain Adventurer

When Undermountain Adventurer enters, you take the initiative.

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor
