As long as Arixmethes has a slumber counter on it, it's a land. (It's not a creature.)
Whenever you cast a spell, you may remove a slumber counter from Arixmethes.

Armored Scrapgorger

Armored Scrapgorger gets +3/+0 as long as it has three or more oil counters on it.

As Foretold

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on As Foretold.
Once each turn, you may pay {0} rather than pay the mana cost for a spell you cast with mana value X or less, where X is the number of time counters on As Foretold.

Aven Courier

Cankerbloom

{1}, Sacrifice Cankerbloom: Choose one —
• Destroy target artifact.
• Destroy target enchantment.
• Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Crystalline Giant

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose a kind of counter at random that Crystalline Giant doesn't have on it from among flying, first strike, deathtouch, hexproof, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, vigilance, and +1/+1. Put a counter of that kind on Crystalline Giant.

Cultivate

Search your library for up to two basic land cards, reveal those cards, put one onto the battlefield tapped and the other into your hand, then shuffle.

Damning Verdict

Destroy all creatures with no counters on them.

Dark Depths

Dark Depths enters with ten ice counters on it.
{3}: Remove an ice counter from Dark Depths.
When Dark Depths has no ice counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, create Marit Lage, a legendary 20/20 black Avatar creature token with flying and indestructible.

Dawn of a New Age

Dawn of a New Age enters with a hope counter on it for each creature you control.
At the beginning of your end step, remove a hope counter from Dawn of a New Age. If you do, draw a card. Then if Dawn of a New Age has no hope counters on it, sacrifice it and you gain 4 life.

Declaration in Stone

Exile target creature and all other creatures its controller controls with the same name as that creature. That player investigates for each nontoken creature exiled this way.

Denry Klin, Editor in Chief

Denry Klin, Editor in Chief enters with your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, or vigilance counter on it.
Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, if Denry has counters on it, put the same number of each kind of counter on that creature.

Devoted Druid

Put a -1/-1 counter on Devoted Druid: Untap Devoted Druid.

Elspeth Conquers Death

I — Exile target permanent an opponent controls with mana value 3 or greater.

Destroy target permanent. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Elephant creature token.

Gilraen, Dúnedain Protector

{2}, {T}: Exile another target creature you control. You may return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control. If you don't, at the beginning of the next end step, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control with a vigilance counter and a lifelink counter on it.

Goldberry, River-Daughter

{T}: Move a counter of each kind not on Goldberry, River-Daughter from another target permanent you control onto Goldberry.
{U}, {T}: Move one or more counters from Goldberry onto another target permanent you control. If you do, draw a card.

Grateful Apparition

Whenever Grateful Apparition deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Hardened Scales

If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead.

Hickory Woodlot

Hickory Woodlot enters tapped with two depletion counters on it.
{T}, Remove a depletion counter from Hickory Woodlot: Add {G}{G}. If there are no depletion counters on Hickory Woodlot, sacrifice it.

Hoofprints of the Stag

Whenever you draw a card, you may put a hoofprint counter on Hoofprints of the Stag.
{2}{W}, Remove four hoofprint counters from Hoofprints of the Stag: Create a 4/4 white Elemental creature token with flying. Activate only during your turn.

Incubation Druid

Intrepid Adversary

Kappa Tech-Wrecker enters with a deathtouch counter on it.
Whenever Kappa Tech-Wrecker deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a deathtouch counter from it. When you do, exile target artifact or enchantment that player controls.

I, II, III, IV, V, VI — Note a creature type that hasn't been noted for Long List of the Ents. When you next cast a creature spell of that type this turn, that creature enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.

Luminarch Ascension

At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if you didn't lose life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Luminarch Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.)

{2}, {T}: Add one mana of any color. Put a brick counter on Pyramid of the Pantheon.
{T}: Add three mana of any one color. Activate only if there are three or more brick counters on Pyramid of the Pantheon.

Quarantine Field

Quarantine Field enters with X isolation counters on it.
When Quarantine Field enters, for each isolation counter on it, exile up to one target nonland permanent an opponent controls until Quarantine Field leaves the battlefield.

Rampant Growth

Search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Remote Farm

Remote Farm enters tapped with two depletion counters on it.
{T}, Remove a depletion counter from Remote Farm: Add {W}{W}. If there are no depletion counters on Remote Farm, sacrifice it.

Replicating Ring

{T}: Add one mana of any color.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a night counter on Replicating Ring. Then if it has eight or more night counters on it, remove all of them and create eight colorless snow artifact tokens named Replicated Ring with "{T}: Add one mana of any color."

Resourceful Defense

Whenever a permanent you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on target permanent you control.
{4}{W}: Move any number of counters from target permanent you control to another target permanent you control.

Rishkar's Expertise

Draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control.
You may cast a spell with mana value 5 or less from your hand without paying its mana cost.

Rishkar, Peema Renegade

When Rishkar, Peema Renegade enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two target creatures.
Each creature you control with a counter on it has "{T}: Add {G}."

Saprazzan Skerry

Saprazzan Skerry enters tapped with two depletion counters on it.
{T}, Remove a depletion counter from Saprazzan Skerry: Add {U}{U}. If there are no depletion counters on Saprazzan Skerry, sacrifice it.

Seaside Citadel

Shield Broker

Slip Out the Back
