Animate Dead

Enchant creature card in a graveyard
When Animate Dead enters, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.

Reanimate

Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its mana value.

Putrid Imp

Discard a card: Putrid Imp gains flying until end of turn.
Threshold — As long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard, Putrid Imp gets +1/+1 and can't block.

Thassa's Oracle

When Thassa's Oracle enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)

Forbidden Orchard

{T}: Add one mana of any color.
Whenever you tap Forbidden Orchard for mana, target opponent creates a 1/1 colorless Spirit creature token.

Forsaken City

Forsaken City doesn't untap during your untap step.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile a card from your hand. If you do, untap Forsaken City.

Whenever City of Brass becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to you.

Gemstone Mine enters with three mining counters on it.
{T}, Remove a mining counter from Gemstone Mine: Add one mana of any color. If there are no mining counters on Gemstone Mine, sacrifice it.

Exile all cards from your library. Then shuffle your graveyard into your library.

Thought Lash

Cumulative upkeep—Exile the top card of your library. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
When a player doesn't pay Thought Lash's cumulative upkeep, that player exiles all cards from their library.
Exile the top card of your library: Prevent the next 1 damage that would be dealt to you this turn.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.
+1: Target player mills two cards. Draw a card.
−8: Draw seven cards. Then if your library has no cards in it, you win the game.
