When enchanted creature dies, exile cards equal to its power from the top of its owner's library. You may cast spells from among those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast them.

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Jester's Cap

{2}, {T}, Sacrifice Jester's Cap: Search target player's library for three cards and exile them. Then that player shuffles.

Uba Mask

If a player would draw a card, that player exiles that card face up instead.
Each player may play lands and cast spells from among cards they exiled with Uba Mask this turn.

Raven Guild Master

Whenever Raven Guild Master deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top ten cards of their library.
Morph {2}{U}{U} (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)

Parallax Tide

Fading 5 (This enchantment enters with five fade counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a fade counter from it. If you can't, sacrifice it.)
Remove a fade counter from Parallax Tide: Exile target land.
When Parallax Tide leaves the battlefield, each player returns to the battlefield all cards they own exiled with Parallax Tide.

Crumbling Sanctuary

If damage would be dealt to a player, that player exiles that many cards from the top of their library instead.

Portcullis

Whenever a creature enters, if there are two or more other creatures on the battlefield, exile that creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control when Portcullis leaves the battlefield.

When Dance of Many enters, create a token that's a copy of target nontoken creature.
When Dance of Many leaves the battlefield, exile the token.
When the token leaves the battlefield, sacrifice Dance of Many.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Dance of Many unless you pay {U}{U}.

If a card would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

Reality Shift

−3: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand, then that player exiles a card from their hand.
−7: You may cast up to three spells from among face-up cards your opponents own from exile without paying their mana costs.

Tymaret's toughness is equal to your devotion to black. (Each {B} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.)
