Swindler's Scheme

Whenever an opponent casts a spell from their hand, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it shares a card type with that spell, counter that spell and that opponent may cast the revealed card without paying its mana cost.

Zur the Enchanter

Whenever Zur the Enchanter attacks, you may search your library for an enchantment card with mana value 3 or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Each player can't cast more than one spell each turn.
Nonbasic lands your opponents control enter tapped.

Counterbalance

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If you do, counter that spell if it has the same mana value as the revealed card.

Put target spell or nonland permanent into its owner's library second from the top.

Memory

Aftermath (Cast this spell only from your graveyard. Then exile it.)
Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards.

Sensei's Divining Top

{1}: Look at the top three cards of your library, then put them back in any order.
{T}: Draw a card, then put Sensei's Divining Top on top of its owner's library.

Perplexing Chimera

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may exchange control of Perplexing Chimera and that spell. If you do, you may choose new targets for the spell. (If the spell becomes a permanent, you control that permanent.)

Soothsaying

{3}{U}{U}: Shuffle your library.
{X}: Look at the top X cards of your library, then put them back in any order.

Steel Golem

Guile

Guile can't be blocked except by three or more creatures.
If a spell or ability you control would counter a spell, instead exile that spell and you may play that card without paying its mana cost.
When Guile is put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library.

Teferi, Time Raveler

Each opponent can cast spells only any time they could cast a sorcery.
+1: Until your next turn, you may cast sorcery spells as though they had flash.
−3: Return up to one target artifact, creature, or enchantment to its owner's hand. Draw a card.

Drannith Magistrate

Your opponents can't cast spells from anywhere other than their hands.

Fateful Handoff

Draw cards equal to the mana value of target artifact or creature you control. An opponent gains control of that permanent.

Rust Elemental

Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice an artifact other than Rust Elemental. If you can't, tap Rust Elemental and you lose 4 life.

Grid Monitor

You have no maximum hand size.
If an effect causes you to discard a card, discard it, but you may put it on top of your library instead of into your graveyard.

Silent Arbiter

No more than one creature can attack each combat.
No more than one creature can block each combat.

Bronze Bombshell

When a player other than Bronze Bombshell's owner controls it, that player sacrifices it. If the player does, Bronze Bombshell deals 7 damage to the player.

You can't win the game and your opponents can't lose the game.

Puca's Mischief

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exchange control of target nonland permanent you control and target nonland permanent an opponent controls with equal or lesser mana value.

Death Wish

You may put a card you own from outside the game into your hand. You lose half your life, rounded up. Exile Death Wish.

{T}: Each player gains control of all creatures they own.

Scroll Rack

{1}, {T}: Exile any number of cards from your hand face down. Put that many cards from the top of your library into your hand. Then look at the exiled cards and put them on top of your library in any order.

Land Tax

At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent controls more lands than you, you may search your library for up to three basic land cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.

Sudden Substitution

Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)
Exchange control of target noncreature spell and target creature. Then the spell's controller may choose new targets for it.

Eidolon of Rhetoric

Each player can't cast more than one spell each turn.

Demonic Pact

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
• This enchantment deals 4 damage to any target and you gain 4 life.
• Target opponent discards two cards.
• Draw two cards.
• You lose the game.

Scuttletide

{1}, Discard a card: Create a 0/3 blue Crab creature token.
Delirium — Crabs you control get +1/+1 as long as there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard.

Rhystic Study

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Forbidden Crypt

If you would draw a card, return a card from your graveyard to your hand instead. If you can't, you lose the game.
If a card would be put into your graveyard from anywhere, exile that card instead.

Legerdemain

Exchange control of target artifact or creature and another target permanent that shares one of those types with it. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Wandering Archaic

Whenever an opponent casts an instant or sorcery spell, they may pay {2}. If they don't, you may copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Explore the Vastlands

Each player looks at the top five cards of their library and may reveal a land card and/or an instant or sorcery card from among them. Each player puts the cards they revealed this way into their hand and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player gains 3 life.

Transcendence

You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
When you have 20 or more life, you lose the game.
Whenever you lose life, you gain 2 life for each 1 life you lost. (Damage dealt to you causes you to lose life.)

Phage the Untouchable

When Phage the Untouchable enters, if you didn't cast it from your hand, you lose the game.
Whenever Phage deals combat damage to a creature, destroy that creature. It can't be regenerated.
Whenever Phage deals combat damage to a player, that player loses the game.

Alms Collector

Flash
If an opponent would draw two or more cards, instead you and that player each draw a card.

Eater of Days

Flying, trample
When Eater of Days enters, you skip your next two turns.
