Worldpurge

Return all permanents to their owners' hands. Each player chooses up to seven cards in their hand, then shuffles the rest into their library. Each player loses all unspent mana.

Head Games

Target opponent puts the cards from their hand on top of their library. Search that player's library for that many cards. The player puts those cards into their hand, then shuffles.

Mana Flare

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced.

Cruel Entertainment

Choose target player and another target player. The first player controls the second player during the second player's next turn, and the second player controls the first player during the first player's next turn.

The Great Aurora

Each player shuffles all cards from their hand and all permanents they own into their library, then draws that many cards. Each player may put any number of land cards from their hand onto the battlefield. Exile The Great Aurora.

Mindslaver

{4}, {T}, Sacrifice Mindslaver: You control target player during that player's next turn. (You see all cards that player could see and make all decisions for the player.)

Warp World

Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Soul Conduit

Howling Mine

At the beginning of each player's draw step, if Howling Mine is untapped, that player draws an additional card.

Dimensional Breach

Exile all permanents. For as long as any of those cards remain exiled, at the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player returns one of the exiled cards they own to the battlefield.

New Frontiers

Each player may search their library for up to X basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield tapped. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles.

Invasion Plans

All creatures block each combat if able.
The attacking player chooses how each creature blocks each combat.

Teferi's Puzzle Box

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order, then draws that many cards.

Possibility Storm

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. Split Decision
