At the beginning of your upkeep, you may return target enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
As long as you control five or more enchantments, each other non-Aura enchantment you control is a creature in addition to its other types and has base power and base toughness each equal to its mana value.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Arvinox, the Mind Flail

Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own.
At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Aurification

Whenever a creature deals damage to you, put a gold counter on it.
Each creature with a gold counter on it is a Wall in addition to its other creature types and has defender. (Those creatures can't attack.)
When Aurification leaves the battlefield, remove all gold counters from all creatures.

Banishment

Flash
When Banishment enters, exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls and all other nonland permanents your opponents control with the same name as that permanent until Banishment leaves the battlefield.

Bident of Thassa

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card.

Blood Reckoning

Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, that creature's controller loses 1 life.

If a player would draw a card, instead they draw a card and reveal it. If it's a creature card, that player discards it unless they pay 3 life.

Campaign of Vengeance

Whenever a creature you control attacks, defending player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

Coastal Piracy

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, you may draw a card.

Consulate Crackdown

When Consulate Crackdown enters, exile all artifacts your opponents control until Consulate Crackdown leaves the battlefield.

Court of Ambition

When Court of Ambition enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent loses 3 life unless they discard a card. If you're the monarch, instead each opponent loses 6 life unless they discard two cards.

Curse of Fool's Wisdom

Enchant player
Whenever enchanted player draws a card, they lose 2 life and you gain 2 life.
Madness {3}{B} (If you discard this card, discard it into exile. When you do, cast it for its madness cost or put it into your graveyard.)

Diversionary Tactics

Tap two untapped creatures you control: Tap target creature.

Dogged Pursuit

At the beginning of your end step, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

Dream Halls

Rather than pay the mana cost for a spell, its controller may discard a card that shares a color with that spell.

Academy Rector

When Academy Rector dies, you may exile it. If you do, search your library for an enchantment card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Grave Betrayal

Whenever a creature you don't control dies, return it to the battlefield under your control with an additional +1/+1 counter on it at the beginning of the next end step. That creature is a black Zombie in addition to its other colors and types.

Eye of the Storm

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with Eye of the Storm. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Mind's Dilation

Whenever an opponent casts their first spell each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Omniscience

You may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs.

Price of Knowledge

Players have no maximum hand size.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Price of Knowledge deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.

Thought Reflection

If you would draw a card, draw two cards instead.

Touch of the Eternal

At the beginning of your upkeep, count the number of permanents you control. Your life total becomes that number.

Decree of Silence

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, counter that spell and put a depletion counter on Decree of Silence. If there are three or more depletion counters on Decree of Silence, sacrifice it.

Dismiss into Dream

You may play lands from among cards exiled with Hedonist's Trove.
