Whenever a creature you control enters, you may move a counter from Agent's Toolkit onto that creature.

Resourceful Defense

Whenever a permanent you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on target permanent you control.

Denry Klin, Editor in Chief enters with your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, or vigilance counter on it.
Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, if Denry has counters on it, put the same number of each kind of counter on that creature.

Slippery Bogbonder

When Slippery Bogbonder enters, put a hexproof counter on target creature. Then move any number of counters from among creatures you control onto that creature.

Avenging Huntbonder

Whenever Avenging Huntbonder attacks, put a double strike counter on another target attacking creature.

Family's Favor

Whenever you attack, put a shield counter on target attacking creature. Until end of turn, it gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, remove a shield counter from it. If you do, draw a card." (If a creature with a shield counter on it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)

Together Forever

When Together Forever enters, support 2. (Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two target creatures.)
{1}: Choose target creature with a counter on it. When that creature dies this turn, return that card to its owner's hand.

Devoted Druid

{T}: Add {G}.
Put a -1/-1 counter on Devoted Druid: Untap Devoted Druid.

Rishkar, Peema Renegade

When Rishkar, Peema Renegade enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two target creatures.
Each creature you control with a counter on it has "{T}: Add {G}."

Brokers Confluence

Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
• Target creature phases out. (Treat it and anything attached to it as though they don't exist until its controller's next turn.)
• Counter target activated or triggered ability.

Crystalline Giant

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose a kind of counter at random that Crystalline Giant doesn't have on it from among flying, first strike, deathtouch, hexproof, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, vigilance, and +1/+1. Put a counter of that kind on Crystalline Giant.

Midnight Clock

{2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock.
At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock.
When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.

Destroy target permanent. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Elephant creature token.

Everflowing Chalice

Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion

If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead.
Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Falco Spara, Pactweaver

Falco Spara, Pactweaver enters with a shield counter on it.
You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may cast spells from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control in addition to paying their other costs.

Kros, Defense Contractor

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a shield counter on target creature an opponent controls.
Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, tap that creature and goad it. It gains trample until your next turn. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle

Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle enters tapped with five slumber counters on it.
As long as Arixmethes has a slumber counter on it, it's a land. (It's not a creature.)
Whenever you cast a spell, you may remove a slumber counter from Arixmethes.
{T}: Add {G}{U}.

Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider

Trample, haste
If you would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, put twice that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead.
If an opponent would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, they put half that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead, rounded down.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard

{2}{G}, {T}, Put a verse counter on Yisan, the Wanderer Bard: Search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to the number of verse counters on Yisan, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Pir, Imaginative Rascal

Partner with Toothy, Imaginary Friend (When this creature enters, target player may put Toothy into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
If one or more counters would be put on a permanent your team controls, that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters are put on that permanent instead.

Deepglow Skate

When Deepglow Skate enters, double the number of each kind of counter on any number of target permanents.

Forest

Sensei Golden-Tail

Bushido 1 (Whenever this creature blocks or becomes blocked, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
{1}{W}, {T}: Put a training counter on target creature. That creature gains bushido 1 and becomes a Samurai in addition to its other creature types. Activate only as a sorcery.

Icatian Moneychanger

The Ozolith

Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on The Ozolith.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if The Ozolith has counters on it, you may move all counters from The Ozolith onto target creature.

Tome of Legends

Tome of Legends enters with a page counter on it.
Whenever your commander enters or attacks, put a page counter on Tome of Legends.

Power Conduit

{T}, Remove a counter from a permanent you control: Choose one —
• Put a charge counter on target artifact.
• Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Investigator's Journal

Investigator's Journal enters with a number of suspect counters on it equal to the greatest number of creatures a player controls.
{2}, {T}, Remove a suspect counter from Investigator's Journal: Draw a card.
{2}, Sacrifice Investigator's Journal: Draw a card.

Oracle's Vault

{2}, {T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. Put a brick counter on Oracle's Vault.
{T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost. Activate only if there are three or more brick counters on Oracle's Vault.

Fraying Line

When Fraying Line enters, put a rope counter on target creature you control.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may pay {2}. If they do, they put a rope counter on a creature they control. Otherwise, exile Fraying Line and each creature without a rope counter on it, then remove all rope counters from all creatures.

Instrument of the Bards

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a harmony counter on Instrument of the Bards.
{3}{G}, {T}: Search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to the number of harmony counters on Instrument of the Bards, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If that card is legendary, create a Treasure token. Then shuffle.

Ominous Seas

Whenever you draw a card, put a foreshadow counter on Ominous Seas.
Remove eight foreshadow counters from Ominous Seas: Create an 8/8 blue Kraken creature token.

Bounty of the Luxa

{T}: Add {C}. Put a point counter on Strixhaven Stadium.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, remove a point counter from Strixhaven Stadium.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, put a point counter on Strixhaven Stadium. Then if it has ten or more point counters on it, remove them all and that player loses the game.

Astral Cornucopia

Astral Cornucopia enters with X charge counters on it.
{T}: Choose a color. Add one mana of that color for each charge counter on Astral Cornucopia.

Bribe Taker

When Bribe Taker enters, for each kind of counter on permanents you control, you may put your choice of a +1/+1 counter or a counter of that kind on Bribe Taker.

Aven Mimeomancer

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a feather counter on target creature. If you do, that creature has base power and toughness 3/1 and has flying for as long as it has a feather counter on it.

Roalesk, Apex Hybrid

When Roalesk, Apex Hybrid enters, put two +1/+1 counters on another target creature you control.
When Roalesk dies, proliferate, then proliferate again. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)

Luminous Broodmoth

Whenever a creature you control without flying dies, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a flying counter on it.

Kodama of the West Tree

Reach
Modified creatures you control have trample. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.)
Whenever a modified creature you control deals combat damage to a player, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Metropolis Angel

Flying
Whenever you attack with one or more creatures with counters on them, draw a card.

Sanctuary Warden

Flying
Sanctuary Warden enters with two shield counters on it.
Whenever Sanctuary Warden enters or attacks, you may remove a counter from a creature or planeswalker you control. If you do, draw a card and create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token.

Azor's Elocutors

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a filibuster counter on Azor's Elocutors. Then if Azor's Elocutors has five or more filibuster counters on it, you win the game.
Whenever a source deals damage to you, remove a filibuster counter from Azor's Elocutors.

Heroic Intervention

Permanents you control gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

Endless Detour

The owner of target spell, nonland permanent, or card in a graveyard puts it on the top or bottom of their library.

Promise of Loyalty

Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

Three Visits

Search your library for a Forest card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Nature's Lore

−1: Niko Aris deals 2 damage to target tapped creature for each card you've drawn this turn.

Tamiyo, Compleated Sage

Compleated ({G/U/P} can be paid with {G}, {U}, or 2 life. If life was paid, this planeswalker enters with two fewer loyalty counters.)
+1: Tap up to one target artifact or creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
