I — Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature. That creature becomes an artifact in addition to its other types.
II — Destroy all nonartifact creatures.
III — Exile all opponents' graveyards.

Mesmeric Fiend

When Mesmeric Fiend enters, target opponent reveals their hand and you choose a nonland card from it. Exile that card.
When Mesmeric Fiend leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to its owner's hand.

Nihil Spellbomb

{T}, Sacrifice Nihil Spellbomb: Exile target player's graveyard.
When Nihil Spellbomb is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may pay {B}. If you do, draw a card.

Whispering Madness

Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Wharf Infiltrator

Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.)
Whenever Wharf Infiltrator deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Target player loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control.

Geralf's Mindcrusher

When Geralf's Mindcrusher enters, target player mills five cards.
Undying (When this creature dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.)

Psychic Surgery

Whenever an opponent shuffles their library, you may look at the top two cards of that library. You may exile one of those cards. Then put the rest on top of that library in any order.

Faceless Butcher

When Faceless Butcher enters, exile another target creature.
When Faceless Butcher leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Void Maw

Trample
If another creature would die, exile it instead.
Put a card exiled with Void Maw into its owner's graveyard: Void Maw gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Perplex

Counter target spell unless its controller discards their hand.
Transmute {1}{U}{B} ({1}{U}{B}, Discard this card: Search your library for a card with the same mana value as this card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Transmute only as a sorcery.)

Plague Mare

Plague Mare can't be blocked by white creatures.
When Plague Mare enters, creatures your opponents control get -1/-1 until end of turn.

Thief of Sanity

Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Nightmare Shepherd
