Smothering Tithe

Whenever an opponent draws a card, that player may pay {2}. If the player doesn't, you create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Sylvan Library

At the beginning of your draw step, you may draw two additional cards. If you do, choose two cards in your hand drawn this turn. For each of those cards, pay 4 life or put the card on top of your library.

Black Market Connections

At the beginning of your first main phase, choose one or more —
• Sell Contraband — Create a Treasure token. You lose 1 life.
• Buy Information — Draw a card. You lose 2 life.

Snapcaster Mage

When Snapcaster Mage enters, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Ranger-Captain of Eos

When Ranger-Captain of Eos enters, you may search your library for a creature card with mana value 1 or less, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
Sacrifice Ranger-Captain of Eos: Your opponents can't cast noncreature spells this turn.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor

+2: Look at the top card of target player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library.
0: Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order.
−1: Return target creature to its owner's hand.
−12: Exile all cards from target player's library, then that player shuffles their hand into their library.

Liliana of the Veil

+1: Each player discards a card.
−2: Target player sacrifices a creature.
−6: Separate all permanents target player controls into two piles. That player sacrifices all permanents in the pile of their choice.

Dark Confidant

At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. You lose life equal to its mana value.

Archangel Elspeth

+1: Create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token with lifelink.
−2: Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature. It becomes an Angel in addition to its other types and gains flying.
−6: Return all nonland permanent cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Scute Swarm

Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, create a 1/1 green Insect creature token. If you control six or more lands, create a token that's a copy of Scute Swarm instead.

Nissa, Voice of Zendikar

+1: Create a 0/1 green Plant creature token.
−2: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
−7: You gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the number of lands you control.

Toxic Deluge

As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay X life.
All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn.

Expropriate

Council's dilemma — Starting with you, each player votes for time or money. For each time vote, take an extra turn after this one. For each money vote, choose a permanent owned by the voter and gain control of it. Exile Expropriate.

Vampiric Tutor

Search your library for a card, then shuffle and put that card on top. You lose 2 life.

−X: Chandra, Awakened Inferno deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker. If a permanent dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

All Is Dust

Each player sacrifices all permanents they control that are one or more colors.

+4: Target player exiles a card from their hand.
−3: Exile target permanent.
−14: Restart the game, leaving in exile all non-Aura permanent cards exiled with Karn Liberated. Then put those cards onto the battlefield under your control.
