Target opponent exiles the top X cards of their library. You may cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among them without paying their mana costs.

Duplicant

Imprint — When Duplicant enters, you may exile target nontoken creature.
As long as a card exiled with Duplicant is a creature card, Duplicant has the power, toughness, and creature types of the last creature card exiled with Duplicant. It's still a Shapeshifter.

Liliana Vess

+1: Target player discards a card.
−2: Search your library for a card, then shuffle and put that card on top.
−8: Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control.

Weird Harvest

Each player may search their library for up to X creature cards, reveal those cards, put them into their hand, then shuffle.

Galvanic Juggernaut

Galvanic Juggernaut attacks each combat if able.
Galvanic Juggernaut doesn't untap during your untap step.
Whenever another creature dies, untap Galvanic Juggernaut.

Gonti, Canny Acquisitor

Spells you cast but don't own cost {1} less to cast.
Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, look at the top card of that player's library, then exile it face down. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.
