{"ops":[{"insert":"I've looked into this in the past, and as much as I'd love to include something like this, I'm not super keen on the idea from a user perspective. At a glance it sounds like a really awesome tool (because it would be), but the end result would have users merging cards based on chosen criteria (card, foiling, language, condition, etc), which could have disastrous results for the user's collection should they get something wrong in the setup process.\n\nNormally we can program in safety rails for users by showing them what the result of a large operation like this would be before locking it in. But with something as large as a collection (20k, 30k, 40k+ cards etc), we won't really be able to load all that data into the browser. Even if we could, it wouldn't be reasonable to ask a users to go through that much data to confirm what they're about to do.\n\nSo there's really two issues here. One is a usability issue, the other is a UX issue, and neither of them have great solutions.\n\nIf I ever think through a solution to both, this is something I'd like to tackle. Until then, this is something that I think will be a great idea in theory, but something we'll need to not do to prevent issues for our users.\n"}]}
