I moved the one back from side to main, and moved on.\nI later noticed I still only had 3 copies of Jeskai Ascendancy (the 1 was being treated as a separate card) so I added 1 to the 3, making it 4. This means I had 5 copies of Jeskai Ascendancy (1 separate, 4 together) in the premier \"Win-con\" category of my Modern deck, but it wasn't highlighted red. \n\nThis 'bug' only occurs in the premier category - if I have 4 in the enchantment and 1 in sideboard, it is red. If I then move that 1 to premier, it is still red. If I then put the 4 in premier (so 2 versions of a total of 5 cards in the premier category) it unhighlights and is now legal.\nBelow are some images and the deck link. 6 months{"ops":[{"insert":"A premiere category means any cards with that as the primary category is treated as if they're in the command zone. Realistically that flag shouldn't be being used for non commander formats. We don't disable it to allow for more versatility for brewing, but I'm not surprised that it causes issues with legality. \n\nI'll give some thought as to whether or not this is a bug or not. I think it probably is since quantity checks should happen deck wide. \n\nRegardless, I'd recommend not using the premier flag for categories unless they're actual commander categories (oathbreaker, etc). \n"}]}

As you mention, the total number of cards should never realistically exceed 4 unless the card itself specifies otherwise, which is why I claimed it as a \"bug.\" \nI was gonna do a whole proper response, but whatever was letting that happen is fixed? Not sure if I was just having some kind of network issue that was allowing the issue, but it appears it's no longer of concern!\n"}]}
