Tutors solve this dilemma. I know that I built the deck very expensively, but it could certainly be toned down in price if you knock off the original duals and some of the more expensive yet unnecessary support pieces.\n"}]}

It is a variation of the Countertop decks build around Counterbalance and Sensei's Divining Top with the newly printed Tarmogoyf from Future Sights. The deck was a mono-blue build splashing green for Tarmogoyf, and it was focused on being able to change and know what was on the top of your library to control using Counterbalance. I chose Rashmi as the commander because it also cares about what is on top of your library, so by using cards like Top and various scry and look at top of library effects, you can best take advantage of Rashmi and Counterbalance. I included other cards that are better when you know and can at-will change what is on top of your library such as Psychic Battle and miracle spells. \n"}]}
