{"ops":[{"insert":"We appreciate the feedback! Can you describe what about drag and drop doesn't feel as smooth to you? Performance there certainly shouldn't have gotten worse. \n\nAs for the card details going full screen, I can understand the perspective, but it's just going to come down to individual aesthetic preferences. When the card details were up previously, you couldn't interact with anything behind them anyway. Having it appear \"full screen\" (i.e. deck background faded) now is just meant to bring the menu that you're interacting with into greater focus. You can still click off of the main part of the details page in order to close it. \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I noticed 2 bugs in the search page, as I like to scroll through all the creatures in a tribe and read them all personally. while looking through a que of 153 matches \n\n1) I noticed that after clicking the \"load more results\" button nothing happened. after clicking it a second time more cards loaded but skipped from (sorting alphabetically) I to S. after reloading the page I was able to click the \"load more results\" and got the missing cards that I assumed didn't populate from the first click last time I was on the page?.\n\n2) in the same search I noticed that if I added a card from the row of cards just above the \"load more results\" button, the button would occasionally disappear completely causing me to have to reload the page, and if I clicked \"load more results\" prior to adding the card, occasionally the results that loaded would just disappear.\n\nAngels with white color identity, if you want to run my exact search, also, I am using google chrome.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Sorry you're having trouble! Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce either of these at all. Is this something you're seeing consistently? Or was this something that happened once?\n\nThe first one I'm guessing was a network issue. Like you clicked it once, and the request failed (or partially failed). Then clicking it again it skipped a page. I'll look into this code path and see if there's some more we can do to present to the user if a request fails (or if the partial failure is possible). \n\nThe second one, when you say \"the button would occasionally disappear\" what do you mean? What button (or buttons specifically)? Or do you mean the \"Load More Results\" button? Like you click it, it disappears and no new cards appear? If that's the case, I'm guessing it's the same issue. Some network hiccup where it's partially resulting in the request \"being completed\" (aka removes the load more button), without adding the new cards.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"As a PC user, I'm not a fan of the extra thin scrollbar handle for general vertical scrolling on the website. Also, while right-click functions can be handy, they also appear when I try to right-click the price link below cards, and that interferes with how I tend to use the site, by right clicking and opening cards I'm ready to buy in a new tab.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I've seen this now as well, though it appears to not actually change the card's state. Like, a tapped card will appear to untap then tap, but always end up in the same position as it was previously. In essence, it appears to just be a weird animation bug. Has that been your experience as well?\n\nRegardless, there's a number of elements in the Playtester we're looking to give attention soon, so we'll address it then.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Is there a way to set a default printing when building a new deck? I've found it to be a huge hassle now to change printings for my cards, its under way more steps than it used to be. It would be nice to have an ability to set a default printing so when building a new deck it automatically sets that printing for us. \n\nI'm not sure exactly what the current default printing function is suppose to do, maybe its bugged? I switched out a printing for some cards in one deck and in building another nothing I set had carried over.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"There is not a way to set your own personal default printings. The printing we provide by default (if you're only viewing one edition) is whatever the most recent, non-foil, English, non-promo version of a card is.\n\nThat said, getting your preferred printing for a card should require the same number of steps that it used to. If you're on the Search menu, the \"Filter and Sort\" options contains a drop-down for Single Printing or All Printings. If you choose the latter, you'll see every edition of a card when doing your search and can choose whichever your prefer at that time. If you want this option on all the time, you can set it from your Account Settings.\n\nIf a card is already in your deck or you're searching with Single Printing turning on, opening the card details page (via the arrow on the right side of the card or just clicking on the card itself in search) will allow you to select a different edition either from a drop-down or the \"All Printings\" button (if you prefer a visual view). \n\nIs there some other workflow you're using? Any of the above (with the exception of the addition of the All Printings button) should be the same number of steps as pre-update.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I'm sorry to hear this hasn't been an upgrade for you! We were very careful to ensure that adding categories to a card takes no more time (or clicks, for that matter), than before. Here's the workflow we're considering when adding a card to a specific category in your deck:\n\nClick on a card in search to bring up the card details page"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Either change the card's category via the dropdown next to its current (it'll be whatever the card's type is by default), or click \"Add Category\" to add an additional one"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nAt that point, it'll automatically add a copy of the card to your deck and you're done. You can then either click \"Back\" in the upper right or just off of the main part of the details menu somewhere to get back to your search. This is, I believe, actually one less click than the old method since you used to need to up the quantity to 1 after selecting the target category for a card. Does this help at all?\n\nRegarding the site's speed, it should be just about the same as before with the exception of loading a deck which should be faster. If you were experiencing lag in Search, its possible you're still working with a cached version of the site before we removed a visual effect that was causing some folks trouble. I'd suggest reloading your page with Ctrl-Shift-R and seeing if there's any improvement. \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Hello and thank you for the new update to the UI! Performance and looks are great so far! I am encountering one issue in my deck building since the update however and I was hoping you could point me to a work around.\n\nIs there a way to have two copies of a card in the main deck and two copies in the side board? {"ops":[{"insert":"Looks great, and I'm excited to use the new features! However, I am having some issues with the search unfortunately, hopefully I'm just making a mistake. \n\nI went to search and turned off WUG, then selected the creature type, and finally vampire & warrior subtype with \"Identity\" and \"And\" logic selected. This "},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"should "},{"insert":"only return creatures that are only Vampires Warriors and fit the Rakdos color identity (21 total cards), however instead 78 cards were returned, some not in the identity or both creature types. For example, the top two results were Abaddon the Despoiler & Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, neither of which fit in the color identity or both creature types selected. \n\nHopefully this helps troubleshooting any issues!\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"This isn't a bug, though I could see why you think it might be. The and logic is only applying to the colors, but it doesn't exclude any other colors. So I'm assuming the vampires/or warriors you're seeing have Black and Red, but then also some other colors. \n\nLike I mentioned, the \"and\" is only being applied to the colors which is why (I assume) you're seeing some vampires, and some warriors, and some vampire warriors.\n\nThe reason it was built this way was because kinda a trade off between simplicity and power. If we wanted to implement every logic inclusion/ exclusion, that form would be 2x as long as it is now (which is already massive 😂). \n\nIn the end what we've decided on is powerful queries require powerful solutions. So we'd recommend using the syntax search for what you want as using a query language like that allows for much more granular control.\n\nFor the query you're looking for it'd be \n\nci<=rakdos (t:warrior and t:vampire)"},{"attributes":{"blockquote":true},"insert":"\n"}]}
