Killing the table with Zalto is what I like to refer to as the \"Zalto punch\" (like the Falcon punch), hence the name of the deck. One idea was to stipulate that every nonland card in your starting deck must have exactly one other card of the same mana cost. I ran with this idea of twinned spells and devised a combo deck built around copying and doubling. You can win through classic storm combos like Brain Freeze, Braingeyser, and Empty the Warrens, or build your own combos with fractal tokens from Deekah, Fractal Theorist pumped by Octavia, Living Thesis or ping damage from Ral, Storm Conduit. \n\nI found the deck building restriction to be interesting, as it pushes you to consider oddball spells and make tough choices for mana costs with lots of good cards (the two generic mana slot is pretty crowded), especially when choosing cards for flavor. My favorite twins are Double Negative/Role Reversal, Octavia, Living Thesis/Time Stretch, and Meltdown/Rolling Earthquake. Enjoy!\n"}]}

How it works is if you copy a fork spell with a similar effect (like say "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Reverberate"}},{"insert":" or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Kalamax, the Stormsire"}},{"insert":"'s ability ) then you can have the copy of fork copy the original fork spell and repeat infinitely. Any Magecraft creature or just your commander, Kalamax, will let you turn all that silverware into a game win. \n\nBecause forks are all instant-speed spells the deck naturally leans toward control. So the general play pattern is to play a land and pass, doing all your stuff on others' turns. If they cast something game-ending, counter it. Otherwise, fire off a tutor or draw-spell at end of turn to set up for the main combo. Those will also get doubled by Kalamax if he's out. In the unfortunate cast that someone's on boardwipe tribal and none of your creatures are sticking the deck can also backdoor into infinite mana with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Reiterate"}},{"insert":" and some of the big rituals in the deck.\n"}]}

This effectively makes you undamageable and able to use powerful card advantage to win the game from there. if you are taking a slow approach you can attack till your opponent or opponents all have lower health than you, enchant an unblockable creature with oblivion crown with wizard class on the battlefield and Necropotence until your at 1 or close to one, this will give you plenty of fuel for the crown. btw this is my first deck building contest (:\n"}]}

So I made a forum for combos here: https://archidekt.com/forum/thread/2136305/1. This is where most of the combos are from. The other site I used for combos was a forum on tappedout.net, that I can no longer find. Also, the playtester there is good for equipment and auras because of the snap-on feature, however, it has no command zone (last time I checked), has aa limited amount of zones, and is not as inclusive as the folks here on archideckt. So I would not recommend it as a main deck constructor, same with a lot of others. Only here can I compete against thousands of other people to make the best combos, companions or modern deck. Also the feature voting was a great way to keep everyone coming back here. You guys (That is a non-gender specific word) are the best! \n"}]}
