Impulsive Maneuvers

Whenever a creature attacks, flip a coin. If you win the flip, the next time that creature would deal combat damage this turn, it deals double that damage instead. If you lose the flip, the next time that creature would deal combat damage this turn, prevent that damage.

Whenever Goblin Traprunner attacks, flip three coins. For each flip you win, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token that's tapped and attacking.

Bamboozling Beeble

{1}, {T}: The next time target player would roll one or more dice this turn, instead they roll that many dice plus one and you choose one of those rolls to ignore.

Invert Polarity

Choose target spell, then flip a coin. If you win the flip, gain control of that spell and you may choose new targets for it. If you lose the flip, counter that spell.

Farideh, Devil's Chosen

Dark One's Own Luck — Whenever you roll one or more dice, Farideh, Devil's Chosen gains flying and menace until end of turn. If any of those results was 10 or higher, draw a card.

Chance Encounter

Whenever you win a coin flip, put a luck counter on Chance Encounter.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Chance Encounter has ten or more luck counters on it, you win the game.

Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom

Partner with Okaun, Eye of Chaos (When this creature enters, target player may put Okaun into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, flip a coin until you lose a flip.
Whenever a player wins a coin flip, draw a card.

Pokey, the Scallywagg

If you would flip a coin, you may instead roll a d20. 1-10 is tails and 11-20 is heads. (It counts as rolling a die, not flipping a coin.)
If you would roll a d20, you may instead flip a coin. Tails is 1 and heads is 20. (It counts as flipping a coin, not rolling a die.)

Delina, Wild Mage

Whenever Delina, Wild Mage attacks, choose target creature you control, then roll a d20.
1—14 | Create a tapped and attacking token that's a copy of that creature, except it's not legendary and it has "At end of combat, exile this creature."
15—20 | Create one of those tokens. You may roll again.

Mijae Djinn

Whenever Mijae Djinn attacks, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, remove Mijae Djinn from combat and tap it.

Wall of Fortune

Defender
You may tap an untapped Wall you control to have any player reroll a die that player rolled.

Aleatory

Cast this spell only during combat after blockers are declared.
Flip a coin. If you win the flip, target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.

Goblin Assassin

Whenever Goblin Assassin or another Goblin enters, each player flips a coin. Each player whose coin comes up tails sacrifices a creature.

Mana Screw

{1}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, add {C}{C}. Activate only as an instant.

Gale's Redirection

Exile target spell, then roll a d20 and add that spell's mana value.
1—14 | You may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
15+ | You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.

Goblin Bangchuckers

{T}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Goblin Bangchuckers deals 2 damage to any target. If you lose the flip, Goblin Bangchuckers deals 2 damage to itself.

Brazen Dwarf

Whenever you roll one or more dice, Brazen Dwarf deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Iron Mastiff

Whenever Iron Mastiff attacks, roll a d20 for each player being attacked and ignore all but the highest roll.
1—9 | Iron Mastiff deals damage equal to its power to you.
10—19 | Iron Mastiff deals damage equal to its power to defending player.
20 | Iron Mastiff deals damage equal to its power to each opponent.

Mogg Assassin

{T}: You choose target creature an opponent controls, and that opponent chooses target creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy the creature you chose. If you lose the flip, destroy the creature your opponent chose.

Goblin Archaeologist

{R}, {T}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy target artifact and untap Goblin Archaeologist. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Goblin Archaeologist.

Desperate Gambit

Choose a source you control and flip a coin. If you win the flip, the next time that source would deal damage this turn, it deals double that damage instead. If you lose the flip, the next time it would deal damage this turn, prevent that damage.

Goblin Kaboomist

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a colorless artifact token named Land Mine with "{R}, Sacrifice this artifact: This artifact deals 2 damage to target attacking creature without flying." Then flip a coin. If you lose the flip, Goblin Kaboomist deals 2 damage to itself.

Wyll, Blade of Frontiers

If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll that many dice plus one and ignore the lowest roll.
Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1 counter on Wyll, Blade of Frontiers.
Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Critical Hit

Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.
When you roll a natural 20, return Critical Hit from your graveyard to your hand. (A natural 20 is a roll that displays 20 on the die.)

Krark's Other Thumb

If you would roll a die, instead roll two of those dice and ignore one of those results.

Power of Persuasion

Choose target creature an opponent controls, then roll a d20.
1—9 | Return it to its owner's hand.
10—19 | Its owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library.
20 | Gain control of it until the end of your next turn.

Molten Birth

Create two 1/1 red Elemental creature tokens, then flip a coin. If you win the flip, return Molten Birth to its owner's hand.

When Monitor Monitor enters, open an Attraction. (Put the top card of your Attraction deck onto the battlefield.)

Roll two d20 and ignore the lower roll.
1—14 | Choose any number of creatures. They block this turn if able.
15—20 | You choose which creatures block this turn and how those creatures block.

1—9 | Tap all creatures your opponents control.
10—19 | Tap all creatures your opponents control. Those creatures don't untap during their controllers' next untap steps.

Game of Chaos

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, you gain 1 life and target opponent loses 1 life, and you decide whether to flip again. If you lose the flip, you lose 1 life and that opponent gains 1 life, and that player decides whether to flip again. Double the life stakes with each flip.

Goblin Psychopath

Whenever Goblin Psychopath attacks or blocks, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, the next time it would deal combat damage this turn, it deals that damage to you instead.

Simon, Wild Magic Sorcerer

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value 3 or greater, roll a d20.
1-9 | Each player draws a card.
10-19 | You draw a card.
20 | Copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Fickle Efreet

Whenever Fickle Efreet attacks or blocks, flip a coin at end of combat. If you lose the flip, an opponent gains control of Fickle Efreet.

Mirror March

Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, flip a coin until you lose a flip. For each flip you won, create a token that's a copy of that creature. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Chaos Channeler

Wild Magic Surge — Whenever Chaos Channeler attacks, roll a d20.
1—9 | Exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn.
10—19 | Exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn.
20 | Exile the top three cards of your library. You may play them this turn.

Karplusan Minotaur

Cumulative upkeep—Flip a coin. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever you win a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target of an opponent's choice.

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Whenever a player wins a coin flip, double Okaun's power and toughness until end of turn.

Mana Clash

You and target opponent each flip a coin. Mana Clash deals 1 damage to each player whose coin comes up tails. Repeat this process until both players' coins come up heads on the same flip.

Diviner's Portent

Roll a d20 and add the number of cards in your hand.
1—14 | Draw X cards.
15+ | Scry X, then draw X cards.

Contact Other Plane

Siege Monster — When Earth-Cult Elemental enters, roll a d20.
1—9 | Each player sacrifices a permanent.
10—19 | Each opponent sacrifices a permanent.
20 | Each opponent sacrifices two permanents.

Fighting Chance

For each blocking creature, flip a coin. If you win the flip, prevent all combat damage that would be dealt by that creature this turn.

Crooked Scales

{4}, {T}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy target creature an opponent controls. If you lose the flip, destroy target creature you control unless you pay {3} and repeat this process.
