Whenever you or a permanent you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter that spell or ability unless that player pays 4 life. Whenever you copy a spell, up to one target opponent may also copy that spell. They may choose new targets for that copy.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may exchange control of this creature and that spell. If you do, you may choose new targets for the spell. (If the spell becomes a permanent, you control that permanent.)

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with this enchantment. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with this enchantment on the bottom of their library in a random order.

If a player would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, that player discards a card instead. If the player discards a card this way, they draw a card. If the player doesn't discard a card this way, they mill a card.
