Whenever a creature you don't control with a slime counter on it dies, create a 1/1 black Slug creature token.

If you would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, put twice that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead.
If an opponent would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, they put half that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead, rounded down.

Sludge Monster

Whenever Sludge Monster enters or attacks, put a slime counter on up to one other target creature.
Non-Horror creatures with slime counters on them lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 2/2.

Parallel Lives

If an effect would create one or more tokens under your control, it creates twice that many of those tokens instead.

I — Search your library for a card, exile it face down, then shuffle.
II — Turn the exiled card face up. If it's a creature card, you lose life equal to its mana value.
III — You may put the exiled card onto the battlefield if it's a creature card. If you don't put it onto the battlefield, put it into its owner's hand.
