The War Doctor

Whenever one or more other permanents phase out and whenever one or more other cards are put into exile from anywhere, put a time counter on The War Doctor.
Whenever The War Doctor attacks, it deals damage equal to the number of time counters on it to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

The Fifteenth Doctor

When The Fifteenth Doctor enters or attacks, mill three cards. You may put an artifact card with mana value 2 or 3 from among them into your hand.

When The First Doctor enters, search your library and/or graveyard for a card named TARDIS, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you search your library this way, shuffle.
Whenever you cast a spell with cascade, put a +1/+1 counter on target artifact or creature.

Lost Auramancers

When Lost Auramancers dies, if it had no time counters on it, you may search your library for an enchantment card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if Curse of the Cabal is suspended, that player may sacrifice a permanent. If the player does, put two time counters on Curse of the Cabal.

Regenerations Restored

Vanishing 12 (This enchantment enters with twelve time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
Whenever one or more time counters are removed from Regenerations Restored, scry 1 and you gain 1 life. Then if Regenerations Restored has no time counters on it, exile it. When you do, take an extra turn after this one.

Out of Time

When Out of Time enters, untap all creatures, then those creatures phase out until Out of Time leaves the battlefield. Put a time counter on Out of Time for each creature that phased out this way.

Rukarumel, Biologist

As Rukarumel, Biologist enters, choose a creature type.
Slivers you control and nontoken creatures you control are the chosen type in addition to their other creature types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield.

Sinister Concierge

When Sinister Concierge dies, you may exile it and put three time counters on it. If you do, exile up to one target creature and put three time counters on it. It gains "When the last time counter is removed from this card, if it's exiled, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If you cast a creature spell this way, it gains haste until end of turn." Then remove a time counter from each other card you own in exile.

Jhoira of the Ghitu

{2}, Exile a nonland card from your hand: Put four time counters on the exiled card. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. Crippling Fear

As Kindred Boon enters, choose a creature type.
{1}{W}: Put a divinity counter on target creature you control of the chosen type.
Each creature you control with a divinity counter on it has indestructible.

Distant Melody

Choose a creature type. Draw a card for each permanent you control of that type.

The Wedding of River Song

Draw two cards, then you may exile a nonland card from your hand with a number of time counters on it equal to its mana value. Then target opponent does the same. Cards exiled this way that don't have suspend gain suspend.
Time travel. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)
