(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.) Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card. {2}{R}: Level 2 Noncreature spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. {2}{R}: Level 3 If a source you control would deal noncombat damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 2 instead.

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.) Delirium — As long as there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, this creature gets +2/+2, has flying, and attacks each combat if able.

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

If it's red, you may cast it this turn. −7: Exile the top five cards of your library. You may cast red spells from among them this turn. You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a red spell, this emblem deals X damage to any target, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast that spell."

First strike As an additional cost to cast red permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {R} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of red mana you pay. Whenever you cast a red permanent spell, this creature deals 1 damage to any target.

Discover 10. If the discovered card's mana value is less than 10, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to the difference. (To discover 10, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 10 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)

+2: Search your library for a basic Mountain card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. −3: Koth deals damage to target creature equal to the number of Mountains you control. −7: You get an emblem with "Whenever a Mountain you control enters, this emblem deals 4 damage to any target."

Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Choose up to five {P} worth of modes. You may choose the same mode more than once. {P} — Create a tapped Treasure token. {P}{P} — Exile the top two cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play them. {P}{P}{P} — Until the end of your next turn, whenever you cast a spell, Season of the Bold deals 2 damage to up to one target creature.

Destroy X target artifacts and/or creatures. For each permanent destroyed this way, its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until an artifact or creature card is revealed and exiles that card. Those players put the exiled cards onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Nahiri's Warcrafting deals 5 damage to target creature, planeswalker, or battle. Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the excess damage dealt this way. You may exile one of those cards. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may play the exiled card this turn.

Counter target spell. Choose 1, 2, or 3 at random.
