When Puppeteer Clique enters, put target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. It gains haste. At the beginning of your next end step, exile it.
Persist (When this creature dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)

Fain, the Broker

{T}, Sacrifice a creature: Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature.
{T}, Remove a counter from a creature you control: Create a Treasure token.
{T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Create a 2/1 white and black Inkling creature token with flying.

Charnel Serenade

Surveil 3, then return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it. Exile Charnel Serenade with three time counters on it.
Suspend 3—{2}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{B} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Emperor of Bones

Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Emperor of Bones, put a creature card exiled with Emperor of Bones onto the battlefield under your control with a finality counter on it. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
