Whenever enchanted player casts a noncreature spell, roll a d6. This Aura deals damage to that player equal to the result. Then attach this Aura to another one of your opponents chosen at random.

Chef's Kiss

Gain control of target spell that targets only a single permanent or player. Copy it, then reselect the targets at random for the spell and the copy. The new targets can't be you or a permanent you control.

Friendly Fire

Target creature's controller reveals a card at random from their hand. Friendly Fire deals damage to that creature and that player equal to the revealed card's mana value.

Haphazard Bombardment

When this enchantment enters, choose four nonenchantment permanents you don't control and put an aim counter on each of them.
At the beginning of your end step, if two or more permanents you don't control have an aim counter on them, destroy one of those permanents at random.

Ruhan of the Fomori

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose an opponent at random. Ruhan attacks that player this combat if able.

Planeswalker's Mischief

{3}{U}: Target opponent reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's an instant or sorcery card, exile it. You may cast it without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled. At the beginning of the next end step, if you haven't cast it, return it to its owner's hand. Activate only as a sorcery.

Scrambleverse

For each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which they were chosen. Untap those permanents.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose an opponent at random that this creature didn't attack during your last combat. This creature attacks that player this combat if able. If you can't choose an opponent this way, tap this creature.

When enchanted creature dies, choose a creature at random this Aura can enchant. Return this card to the battlefield attached to that creature.

Whims of the Fates

Starting with you, each player separates all permanents they control into three piles. Then each player chooses one of their piles at random and sacrifices those permanents. (Piles can be empty.)

Truth or Consequences

Secret council — Each player secretly votes for truth or consequences, then those votes are revealed. You draw cards equal to the number of truth votes. Then choose an opponent at random. Truth or Consequences deals 3 damage to that player for each consequences vote.

Tibalt's Trickery

Counter target spell. Choose 1, 2, or 3 at random. Its controller mills that many cards, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with a different name than that spell. They may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put the exiled cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Grip of Chaos

Whenever a spell or ability is put onto the stack, if it has a single target, reselect its target at random. (Select from among all legal targets.)

Wild Evocation

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.
